My son was traumatized by ISR, so I decided to try a new approach. My son took about 7 lessons before he stopped crying throughout the lesson. All of the coaches were so nice and gave him extra love during this time. He loves coming weekly. My only complaint would be that most of the coaches were too easy on him with his back float. Hence, why we are 6 months in and still haven’t moved past level 3. (Just lack back float) Lily has been the only one that pushes Layne to be more confident, while he is on his back. I believe that he would be on to the next level if I would have found her sooner. Although, the soft approach is good at first, I would have preferred more of the coaches to be a little more aggressive when it comes to his back float.

All instructors are great! Clean facilities and bathrooms.

Consistency Friendly, kind instructors help our children feel safe

My son (5yo), who hated water in/around his ears and eyes, is jumping happily into every lesson. He loves every instructor. The instructors are always patient with every child. We look forward to every lesson. After the lesson, my son waits eagerly for his daily report from the instructor to see how he is improving. Not only are we learning water safety, he is also learning water confidence.

Great lessons and great instructors!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the level 2 class with my son! We have attended for around 6 weeks now and his progression has been PHENOMENAL! I have enjoyed all instructors we have interacted with.

Although we are still new to our Aqua-Tots experience, we have been incredibly impressed with each visit. Our children LOVE their instructors and are always met with patience and attentiveness. The facility is beautiful, clean, and we are always met with professional and kind staff. It's a wonderful experience for the entire family!

Excellent 🥰🥰🥰

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Coach Derek is super patient and very encouraging to my son. We’ve loved our lessons since joining in September.

We love the owners & their staff! They know what they are doing and are not shy about being helpful and as a first time mom, that is what I personally need! Reassurance! My kiddo LOVES everything about Aqua-tots from the train line going into the pool, swimming, diving for the ring and jumps! He even enjoys the big red chairs while enjoying his lollipop! He Loves his coach/instructor and everyone he come in contact with! He is excited when they address him by name, it makes him and me feel included and it gets him excited for swim. Heck he even loves the slippery banana sign and helping mommy use their awesome swimsuit dryers! Such a clean facility too! Bright and welcoming. All around such a great place with awesome and enthusiastic staff we see as friends!

Great system. Fabulous coaches. What a fantastic addition to BCS!

If Derek ever leaves, my child will have a conniption. Layla absolutely loves him and is thriving in her swim lessons because of his teaching abilities and patience with children.

My daughter has loved going since day one! We have had amazing coaches that are so kind and helpful! I am so glad we got her in swim lessons I only wish we would have done it sooner!

Great coaching!

The facilities are super clean, the staff is so caring and friendly, the instructors are knowledgeable and give kids undivided attention, and the drying stations are super convenient.

Very flexible, great customer service, helpful, instructors are so nice!

Staff is very attentive to the students, works diligently with each one so that they feel a sense of accomplishment.

Everyone is so friendly and professional.

Overall, the quality of instruction is high. The teacher turnover at class is a bit tough. My son has been advancing for a while, but he does not get marked for progress because his teachers are all different and don't want to advance him seeing him only once. Also, the comments and feedback from teachers on the app is confusing. I got a note about my son's "skill vs will," and a couple about holding his 5 count longer, but no one has ever talked to me in person about these notes so I don't understand what they mean and can't apply them during class. I would strongly prefer coaches give notes in the moment orally and only use class notes as a follow up or reminder of an already-discussed topic.

This is helping my son become comfortable with water, he enjoys going and is always asking if it’s his day to go .
