My son’s instructor, Will, is incredible with my son who has ASD. Will listened to the information I gave him about my child and was able to apply that in his SNAP lesson. He makes the lessons fun and engaging which helps my child learn. His encouragement allows my son to feel good about himself which means a ton! I appreciate Will and his ability to teach my son to swim, which is a life saving skill for all kids, but especially for children with ASD. I also love that the facility is clean and the pool temperature is warm.

I really like the scheduling and availability of the instructors at any time of the day. I was highly impress with the quality of the training going with each kid. We also enjoyed Fasttrack training, it is really helpful. And all the instructors follows the same pattern and it never made us missing a specific coach. Of course staff are very friendly and responsive. We are really blessed to have this place near to our home.

Aqua tots and its staff and swim instructors have been so patient with our family and trying to teach my son basic swim and comfort in the water. The facility itself is super clean, very family friendly and quiet, huge windows so you can observe your child swim lessons, lots of change rooms, showers and bathrooms available. Lots of seating and shoe racks available as well as a little counter to buy swim gear. The front staff is extremely accommodating and helpful if you need any help with the app or making your child’s swim schedule time slots. Great customer service overall. My son has tried both group sessions and a private lesson. The manager Vanessa is extremely helpful and has been great trying to navigate my family needs ! I would strongly recommend Aqua Tots to anyone looking to put their children in swim classes.

The staff at the front desk are always happy and willing to help or answer any questions you might have. The swim instructors are amazing!! They are so knowledgeable and kind with the little ones. I am very impressed so far. We have been coming since June and have an excellent experience so far!

I have been doing fast track which has been amazing to help my boys improve there technique. However there coach Branko has been such an amazing teacher. He is so understanding and very caring with them. Exactly what my young boys need.

Positive: Great structure of the program, systematic approach Always great and positive vibe during the lessons Comfortable and clean change rooms, parents seating area and washrooms Great cancellation and rescheduling system Welcoming and approachable staff at the front Things which could be improved: Some instructors are more experienced than others, this makes a big difference in lessons Very pricy lessons Not many open slots for semi private and private lessons

My son is really enjoying attending swimming lessons again. He's in a new level and it's giving him a nice challenge. He also really enjoyed Coach Max (prior to him leaving that level), and he seems to be really enjoying Coach Julian as well.

Mostly great instructors. Love the focus on safety. Love the seating for family. Availability of a variety of class times. Front desk staff is great!

Samaya has been a terrific instructor for my son who is very shy and was hesitant to try swimming. After only a few lessons with her, he now looks forward to his swim lessons

Coaches like Emily and Ariel, they're been knowing well to coach my kid that has learning disabilities due to his autism. With Bernadette she had developed the technique to get my son less clingy, with coach Ishmael, his ability to push a bit while respecting limits, with coach Josh, he is good in following through my son strength in the water and make the session more fun for him.

Because it offers ample flexibility (class schedules, class frequency per week, make-up classes) and is very convenient for busy families. The facilities are clean and adequate. I appreciate the private changing rooms, which have baby seats and are very spacious, accommodating parents with multiple children.

Both my boys have excelled here. The staff and management are always willing to work with us on improving our boys confidence and skills in the water. The coaches are fantastic and the boys look forward to their swimming lessons every week.
