Coaching. We've seen lots of coaches as we are doing make-ups pretty often, and there's no coach that we would say, "I don't like him/her." We started from being scared of the pool and now being underwater is the best time.

We love this swim school. The instructors are fantastic - especially Ishmael, who is WONDERFUL with the little ones, and Ethan, who was such a great teacher to my daughter. His feedback each lesson was so detailed and specific. We will be re-joining once we are use to the new school year routine.

Our family loves everyone at Aqua-tots Burlington because both front desk staff and coaches are nothing short but fantastic! Serena (front desk) is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond when we need help figuring out make-up classes or new classes due to scheduling changes. She always takes such good care and finds thr best solutions for us which is especially hard because we have 3 kids in different levels but need similar times lots. She is a wonderful representation of what makes aquatots great. Of course, the couches we had were also wonderful. Mark(lev2), Ava(lev3), Shaneya(lev3), Kaari(lev4), Mack(lev4), and Julian (lev2) all demonstrate professionalism, fun for the kids (very approachable and likable by my shy kids), and have helped my kids learn how to swim and develop their current swim skills. We couldn't be happier with everyone.

The classes are well-designed and the coaches/instructors are great. My daughter has been in Coach Joel's class for a few months, and he is fantastic! He's extremely patient, encourages her to work on new skills without her feeling scared or uncomfortable, and she genuinely looks forward to class with him every week.

My daughter loves it there. The families I’ve recommended it to are also enrolled, and they love it as well. If you compete with your class, then the sky won’t be your limit, another planet will.

The staff are friendly and supportive. The coaches are very patient and considerate of different kids’ level and needs. The flexible of the class schedule is a plus as well.

While my daughter loves the class and we are very happy with the coach, i sometimes dont like the additional coaches in training because the swim area feels too crowded, sometimes a batch of 4 children also feels too much since each child just gets 5-7 min only in swim time.. i guess, this is why progress seems slow.

My son’s instructor, Will, is incredible with my son who has ASD. Will listened to the information I gave him about my child and was able to apply that in his SNAP lesson. He makes the lessons fun and engaging which helps my child learn. His encouragement allows my son to feel good about himself which means a ton! I appreciate Will and his ability to teach my son to swim, which is a life saving skill for all kids, but especially for children with ASD. I also love that the facility is clean and the pool temperature is warm.

I really like the scheduling and availability of the instructors at any time of the day. I was highly impress with the quality of the training going with each kid. We also enjoyed Fasttrack training, it is really helpful. And all the instructors follows the same pattern and it never made us missing a specific coach. Of course staff are very friendly and responsive. We are really blessed to have this place near to our home.

Aqua tots and its staff and swim instructors have been so patient with our family and trying to teach my son basic swim and comfort in the water. The facility itself is super clean, very family friendly and quiet, huge windows so you can observe your child swim lessons, lots of change rooms, showers and bathrooms available. Lots of seating and shoe racks available as well as a little counter to buy swim gear. The front staff is extremely accommodating and helpful if you need any help with the app or making your child’s swim schedule time slots. Great customer service overall. My son has tried both group sessions and a private lesson. The manager Vanessa is extremely helpful and has been great trying to navigate my family needs ! I would strongly recommend Aqua Tots to anyone looking to put their children in swim classes.
