I have really loved taking my 3 year old to Aqua Tots. Overall, she’s had a lot of progress in a short amount of time. Her instructor Candace is great. However, there have been times during class where other children have been crying and scared to go in the pool. Over half the class was spent trying to convince these kids to dip their toes in the water. In these instances, my daughter hardly does anything in class, maybe jumps in once and floats on her back once. I wish that children who are too scared to get in the pool were in a different level (my daughter is in level 3) so that kids who are comfortable getting in the water are able to have an adequate lesson instead of watching the instructor and front desk talk a scared toddler into getting near the water.

All the staff members, especially Olivia and Leigh, are friendly and helpful. The instructors are caring and professional and encouraging, especially Savanna. The facility is clean, well laid out, and comfortable with all the needed amenities. I appreciate the feedback at the end of each lesson, and the progress and comments in the app.

Morgan is terrific with our childs lessons. I can't believe our kid listens to him and has already shown great improvement near and in the pool. It's easy to reschedule should we have to, cancel should we have to, follow progress, etc.

My girls love going there. They love how they are greeted when they walk in and when it’s time to they are excited to see who is their coach. They love Annika and Morgan. They love the feed back and to hear how much closer they are to graduating. You all are so awesome and we all appreciate you guys and what you do for our kids.
