The manager Matt is very nice and accommodating with the schedules. Coach Kira is also very nice and helped my daughter with transition from a bad experience in the swimming lane to happy to go to swimming now.

The main reasons for this score are for several things: (1) the ease of scheduling/rescheduling sessions, (2) the availability and quality of classes and instructors, (3) the way the instructors provide feedback after each class, (4) the app where we can see the progress, (5) the level of depth to shows what is expected at each level and how my child is progressing and (6) warm water for the kids.

Coaches, Training skills, Pool Environment

We love Aqa-Tots! They have helped my children learn swim safety and they are moving up in levels fairly regularly. It is a non-pressure environment to learn the fun and safety of the water.

The app makes it so easy to cancel and make up classes, that is my favorite part. The small classes and the nice facilities are great too especially the outdoor area

The outstanding coaches and staff make Aqua-Tots a great place. My children look forward to their lessons and love how kind and personable the coaches are. Keep it up with the great work! Considering improvement, I'd like to suggest cleaning the dressing rooms more often. Unfortunately, the benches are muddy and smelly at the end of the day. It would be great to have them clean so we can change clothes every time we use the space. Thank you!

We love the staff there, they are always helpful and friendly. Ive even seen when they have a difficult customer they managed the situation so well They look after the kids and the way the classes are run are structured and encourage learning
