Dear Aquatots Team,
I am Hieu (Peter), father of Ba Nguyen (Tony) who is currently studying Lv6 at Aquatots Cau Giay.
It has been a long time since I last responded to the service and quality of the center and I hope you understand because I am often flooded with work emails so I missed the center's emails.
Here are my views and evaluations of the center in the recent period:
1. Regarding facilities:
- Continue to ensure hygiene and safety criteria, especially the quality of water in the swimming pool including water temperature + chlorine level => not harmful to the skin of children as well as causing ear, nose and throat diseases.
- The temperature in the swimming room and the center keeps the children warm after swimming in summer and winter
2. About the swimming lesson plan + the professional quality of the swimming teachers + ensuring safety during swimming lessons:
- Under the dedicated instruction of Mr. Hao and other teachers, my son has improved his physical endurance and progressed in his swimming skills according to the requirements of Level 6.
- I still highly appreciate the safety assurance during swimming lessons when there is always a teacher on the shore ready to rescue if there are unsafe problems for the children during class.
⇒ I would like to send my sincere thanks to Mr. Hao and other teachers in the center, thank you for always giving dedicated instruction and helping my child improve every day in terms of physical, technical and psychological aspects when handling situations while swimming.
3. Regarding the quality of customer care and consulting + the center's policies:
- I see that under the management of Ms. Nga, the center's CS team is still maintaining very good productivity and working style with customers. My family is still having very positive experiences in terms of reception, listening, receiving and handling feedback when my family and I have problems or need help.
- Recently, the center has changed its policy on the time to notify students of absence from school, previously it required 4 hours in advance, now it is 2 hours in advance. In my opinion, this is a bright spot in the initial change and adaptation to the center's time frame and Vietnamese culture. At the same time, I also see the center organizing more activities such as workshops, ... to increase recognition and promotion to potential customers.
⇒ I believe that with constant research, improvement and change to suit the culture and actual situation of each region in Vietnam, the center will develop further in the near future.
Finally, my family and I would like to send our sincere thanks to Ms. Nga, the center's manager, who has always monitored and observed all activities of the center and customers to handle questions as well as quickly and promptly resolve arising problems.

Mọi dịch vụ đều tốt. Các thầy cô giáo rất nhiệt tình, sát sao con và chuyên môn tốt.
Cơ sở vật chất tốt (nhất là vào mùa đông, hệ thống sưởi ấm giúp các phụ huynh yên tâm cho con bơi lội).
Các thầy cô hỗ trợ cũng rất nhiệt tình.
Tuy nhiên, đường bơi hơi ngắn và thời gian bơi cho mỗi ca học quá ngắn so với giá tiền.
