Adrian loves the classes and has definitely progressed. I just wish that the instructors remained the same but i understand situations happen and instructors can change last minute

Hi, we love have my kid go to Aqua-Tots for swim classes. The staff are great, progress is good. The only concern is though the duration of a class is not happening for 30mins. Sometimes I notice there is a pause by the instructor during the class session. If the duration of the class is effectively utilized for the whole 30mins that would be really great.

We love the ease of scheduling, the availability, and the staff. I wish y'all hadn't done away with the ability to reschedule makeup lessons, but can't win them all!

My kids learned fast how to swim and no longer scared of water. They have huge progress and they enjoy going there every time.

Coach Kody and Bella are super good teachers. Staff at central McKinney are very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoy the program and I know that it works. I did not give a 10 because it can take a long time to advance to the next level giving the monthly cost.

We love Aqua Tots and this location! All staff is wonderful about greeting us when we come in or leave. They are always available to assist me with my needs in person or via phone. The manager, Katie, has gone above and beyond to ensure my child has had a great swim experience!! I always try to recommend this location when talking with other parents!

We have had the best experience due to the staff. Our daughter was so scared and would bawl her eye out about coming. Even though we read the pamphlets and knew it would take time, Katie and Coach Eri were SO encouraging and patient to help us ALL! Katie even took the time when our daughter was inconsolable and got in the water WITH her (when she didn’t have to) and helped her individually. We are huge Aqua-Tots fans and it’s because of the staff hands down!

My son has improved a lot from his very first lesson. His instructors have been very kind and patient. It's very easy to schedule/cancel the lessons on the app. The employees have been very professional and have provided excellent customer service.

Progress of my son in current level (Minnows -2) in the first 5 weeks of classes. Even though these are just once a week for 30 minutes, my 2.5 year old is progressing fast and being comfortable in the water.
