For level 6 we've actually had the same coach and it's been terrific! My son loves swimming there! What keeps it from being a 10 is all the makeup classes I have on my account but can't actually use bc there's not many classes offered at this level.

Teachers are very patient yet push students to try new things. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I would like to have 45 min classes. 30 isn't long enough when it takes most of that time for my daughter to warm up enough and get comfortable to try new things.

The instructors are great and patient with the children while teaching them to swim. The app they use to cancel and schedule classes is very easy to use, even if you have multiple children.

We have loved aqua-tots since our first session about 7 months ago! Staff is always super friendly, the faculty is clean and we love the app for scheduling purposes. We’ve had a few different coaches as we’ve done make up classes and have truly loved them all! Coach Kyleigh has been amazing for our regularly scheduled minnows class on Wednesdays. And of course, we love to pick out a little snack on our way out from the friendly staff at the front desk ❤️

Aqua-Tots has been great, my 3y/o is so comfortable in the water, learning water safety, and is making great progress with his skills. The instructors are very interactive, provide great instruction, and keep us updated on his progress.

The staff here is amazing! They always greet us with a smile and call my daughter by her name when we arrive. It’s those small details that make all the difference. The instructors in the water are patient, knowledgeable, and kind while teaching my daughter who is brand new to swimming and the pool in general. A couple of weeks ago, I misplaced my daughter’s swim goggles. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful while we attempted to locate the lost pair. Again, it’s these details that make a big difference. Many thanks to everyone at the Ballantyne location in Charlotte for all that they do and continue to do for my daughter!

I always have positive experience with guidance when I have questions. I love the ability to reschedule if needed since my kids get sick at times and my child does seem to be learning.
