I like the consistency in the technique each instructor uses. It makes it easy to work out schedules around swim lessons knowing they will receive basically the same instruction if even if we have to switch days. Also, both of our kids have made good progress with aqua tots.

All the instructors have been patient, careful and positive. The pool looks clean and the other spaces seem in good condition. I also like the app for rescheduling a class when needed.

Front Desk Everyone has been very helpful navigating new waters! Thrown Us a life savor quite a few times. Victoria was right on target with our questions and helping us jump in! They make Auggie feel at Home The Instructors are AMAZING teaching my Rowdy Boy, They are Kind ,Pacient ,moral and get down to business! The Progress is quick. What a Great investment of Saftey, for my greatest Treasure! We are looking forward to Saftey Week, and the Future Fun to come

I love the commitment to safety and learning about safety. Plus it gives me weekly routine and a regular bonding time with my son who’s in level 2. It’s a highlight of my week for sure!

It’s a great environment, the coaches work so well with their students and are so encouraging. I feel like my kids are safe and also are able to learn so much. I only wish it wasn’t so expensive.

They’re so kind and patient. We have been going since my son was 4 months old. He is currently 8 months and is so comfortable in the water. I am at ease this summer knowing I have taken him here to learn so much about surviving in the water!

We have loved our experience with Aqua-Tots and our current coaches Dylan and Elise have been so great! Our son just started lessons without Mom and Dad in the water with him so it is such a nice relief seeing him with coaches that treat him with care, kindness, and patience.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our son’s progress since beginning his swimming lessons. His confidence has grown based on his ability to perform new techniques each week. The coaches provide encouragement and support at each lesson. They do not rush the children, allowing them to work at their pace.

Front desk is so sweet. They learn all the children’s names, which is amazing and makes you feel cared for. Several instructors have gone above and beyond to make sure swimmers are comfortable in the water, my child being one of them when an instructor was subbing for our usual one. I love that there is not pressure from the instructors and realistic expectations.

The teachers are great and really take time with kids and parents, both, making sure everyone is comfortable and safe.

I’ve been very happy with the two swim instructors I’ve had since moving from downtown to Hamilton place. Brittany, and now Sara, are very sweet to the minnows class, knowledgeable, caring, and push the kids without forcing them. I am so like the big space, parking lot, and lots of changing areas.
