It’s not a chaotic environment. All of the staff, from the swim instructors to the front desk attendants, are very kind and polite. My daughter loves it here!

Always greeted with a smile. My girls were given space to ease into the swim program as both had fear of water, never once forced into doing something they were not comfortable with. For the same reasons they continue to do so well in this swim school. Also very accommodating with make up classes, which is crucial with kid sick days or busy days at work.

My 4-year-old son started the SNAP adaptive swim program at Aqua-Tots Cypress in August, and the progress has been amazing. At his very first lesson, he was too scared to go under water — now he goes under with ease and grows more confident every time. Cameron, one of the managers, has been absolutely wonderful with him. He’s patient, uses toys and positive reinforcement, and explains things in a way my son understands. Micheal feels so comfortable with him, and as a parent, that brings me so much peace of mind. The program is flexible and supportive, which makes such a difference for families. We’re beyond grateful for Cameron and the SNAP program — Micheal isn’t just learning swim skills, he’s finding confidence and joy in the water.

1) In just three classes, my child is able to retrieve the ring from the bottom of the pool and the instructor is so kind and patient with the kids. Our older son also learned from Aqua-Tots and remembers all of the configurations or Starfish etc. 2) I do wish that the changing areas and bathroom would be cleaned more often. Or they need a renovation because it can look pretty grimy there by 6PM. 3) hopefully more classes open up so both my kids can come at the same time. Thank you!

My son really enjoys coming to swim class, and he has made amazing progress! The instruction is age & level appropriate, and the instructors are well trained to work with young & older kids. The environment is always clean, and inviting. Additionally the staff is very professional and friendly, especially for teenagers. I have referred a family friend in the past, and they've been there for a year. We love this place!
