We have been attending Aqua Tots Eagan for over 2.5 years and absolutely love the instructors. We would love to acknowledge coach Malik for his exceptional work. In general we have been happy with our experience at Aqua-Tots. Occasionally coaches seem exasperate by the fact that my child is struggling to learn a skill she is there to learn. Not all kids learn the same or have the same level of confidence in the water. My daughter doesn’t always catch on to things immediately and sometimes needs a little extra processing time. It’s disheartening to feel like the coaches are annoyed or exasperated by it. And her needs aren’t even highly unusual. All kids are different and learning isn’t one size fits all.
I really appreciate and respect what all the coaches do and understand that they have a lot to get through when they’ve got 4 kids to work with in a 30 minute class.

Taevinn is an absolutely amazing swimming coach who truly goes above and beyond for their swimmers. When my daughter first started, she was very scared of the water, but thanks to Taevinn’s patience, kindness, and encouragement, she now swims with confidence. He takes the time to understand each swimmer’s strengths and areas for improvement, offering clear guidance and constant motivation. His dedication and positive attitude make every session both productive and enjoyable. We are grateful to have had Coach Taevinn as our daughter’s coach. The manager and her office staff are always welcoming and greet each and every guest with a warm welcome. We love our Aqua Tots Eagan community!
