well staffed and wonderful, caring staff excellent program designed to help children progress at their comfort level one negative issue we had was when a teacher had our child ( who was taking a makeup class - unfamiliar teacher) submerge to the bottom of the pool several times when our child was clearly uncomfortable and scared.The following week she would not go in water , crying saying she didn't like it Ordinarily she loves the water so this was unusual

I like how coach Danielle is not forcing anything and is so patient and caring with my son Devanshu. I like her approach. I also like the feedback which all coaches give at the end of each class. Hopefully Devanshu can overcome his fear and keep developing his trust with his coach and can enjoy his swim classes.

The way it’s set up - the continuous enrollment & moving up anytime, the fact that parents stay out of the pool area.

The water temp is perfect. The last place we went our child was shivering barely halfway through a session and participation was affected. She loves coming to lessons now and we’ve seen huge improvements since starting. The small class sizes are greatly appreciated as well.

The flexibility is great. The make up policy is great. The teachers are engaging. The front desk is very helpful. The only problem we have is that there are so few options for higher levels.

The viewing/waiting area is neatly kept, quiet and easy to watch the lesson. The instructors and staff are very kind and attentive. There have been thoughtful touches for Mother’s and Father’s Day. Makeup classes are easy to schedule and the app is super helpful.

The staff are so helpful and are great with the kids! I also like that the classes are small and the pool isn't loud/chaotic/noisy so my kids are paying attention and making progress.

So far our experience has been great! We haven’t used it yet but they have free make up days if you need a miss a class. The teachers have all been good with the kids and is parents! Def would recommend!
