I think the program is efficient and the place feels mostly clean. The bathrooms could use some love but generally it doesn’t feel gross walking around.

We love the small class sizes, flexibility in making up classes and the instructors are all awesome we also love the feedback and progress on the app.

The coaches have been wonderful. Our daughter, Maya, was very nervous about getting in the water for the first month or so, and all of the coaches struck a great balance between comforting her and challenging her to face her fears. I feel that the Aqua-tots website could improve (sign-in especially), but everyting about the Edina location has been ten out of ten.

We have also been pleased with the instructors, and if it was not the right fit, we had a choice to change days. The instructors our child has consistently had have been very involved in teaching and providing feedback, both to our child and us. We are also very happy with the cancelation policy, which has been great with unpredictable sickness.

I really appreciate the set up of the school… Doesn't feel chaotic, my child can see me while they're in their class and it's easy to get ready at the school and clean up after class. I also appreciate that you sign up for class until you quit and you don't need to re-sign up for sessions. And finally, I really appreciate the fact that if you need to miss a class, you can do a make up class. That really adds to the value of the cost of these classes.
