The staff at Aqua tots are friendly, helpful and good with the children. The location is clean and bright. It is very comfortable place to be - they know our names and welcome us in every time we go there.

Breakdown of skills into small increments for progress makes it easier for the kids to make gradual and steady progress. Friendly staff and good environment. Not all instructors are the same. Swim times could be longer. Wish you had showers (not just to rinse off).

Staff who are encouraging and supportive of the children in the program. Have never heard any make a negative comment. Kids feel very safe emotionally and physically.

Everyone is very nice kind and respectful to all the parents and children. All staff is very knowledgeable at providing adequate direction answers to questions as well support to the kids. My Daughter Miracle Loves coming Aqua Tots She just started Kindergarten this year and school keeps Her very busy. Next sometimes She's a little cranky after school. Alex Miracle's current swim coach is Awesome and amazing Miracle one day in the middle of swim class just out the blue had a moment of sadness and was not wanting to participate any longer. Alex handled this so Quickly and asked Miracle if needed a hug 🫂 Miracle gave Her a hug and Alex told Miracle She needed to give a better Hug🤗 Professionalism and Genuine Love of working with children and great at Her job, After every lesson Alex explains everything clearly and covers all basis without any need for questions. I really like the ease of use of the app. Some teachers are better at pushing and challenging kids than others. I appreciate the teachers who challenge the kids to go under water and really push them to improve.
