I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for both the outstanding coaching and the exceptional environment provided by Aqua tots. From the moment we joined, it was clear that this is a place where excellence, discipline, and personal growth are genuinely prioritized.
Darsheel's coaches have been instrumental in shaping a positive and productive training experience. Their technical expertise, ability to break down complex movements, and consistent encouragement have significantly improved Darsheel swimming skills and overall confidence in the water. Darsheel Coaches are not only knowledgeable but also approachable, supportive, and deeply committed to each swimmer's progress.
The institution as a whole reflects a high standard of professionalism and organization. The facilities are well-maintained, schedules are efficiently managed, and communication with parents/athletes is always clear and timely. Most importantly, there is a strong sense of community and mutual respect among coaches, swimmers, and families.
Thank you to all Darsheel coaches and the entire team at Aqua Tots for creating such a positive and inspiring environment. We are truly grateful for your hard work and dedication.

The staff has been absolutely fantastic since we joined! We had a bit of a rough start due to an exceptional amount of incendents in the pool but Sophie has been very attentive to help us navigate make up classes and extending them when needed. I would highly recommend Aqua tots, not only because of the instructors, who are all great, but the service as a customer.

My kids are really enjoying their water time . More comfortable in water feeling safe to get in.. I had some technical problems in my app was not going well with scheduling classes and all, I tried to contact but nobody gave that much attention.. I was not satisfied with dry responses.. I spoke to Pree. Pree helped me through the whole thing very kindly pree is so nice and helpful she fixed everything and really greatful that she managed it very well and Silvie also helped a lot to manage all my remaining classes .. both are humble and kind .. really happy how they did without being rude and making things complicated.. wish them a good luck and a bright and successful future ahead.. I recommend this to everyone who want their kids to be a confident and safe swimmer ..

Melanie, Preet along with the other front desk staff go ABOVE and beyond to welcome my child and family with a smile no matter how busy they are. They are genuinely interested in seeing her succeed and provide all the support needed to do this. Coach Pari, Andrew, Rafat, Richi, Serena, Naisha have been equally as amazing, gentle but encouraging her to do her best and making her feel safe in the water. Instruction is great (level 1) and I've enjoyed it and watched my little one get very comfortable in the water, which is great! As a parent participating, it's nice when the lesson is slightly different to keep things interesting!
I will mention that compared to other swim schools, the change room situation for infants is a bit tough, the counter spot (where the hair dryers are) is a bit small and not ideal (outlets/cords etc) and then the change table in the family washroom is okay but the floor is often wet and there's no much other space to put things). It all is manageable but would be my only hesitation in recommending the school to someone with an infant. A shelf in the showers might be nice as well :)
Otherwise it's been great and we look forward to our lessons each week!
