Coaches are very polite and cooperative. Kids enjoy and learn very quickly. I like coaches teaching skills. They are very knowledgeable and respectful.

Melanie, Preet along with the other front desk staff go ABOVE and beyond to welcome my child and family with a smile no matter how busy they are. They are genuinely interested in seeing her succeed and provide all the support needed to do this. Coach Pari, Andrew, Rafat, Richi, Serena, Naisha have been equally as amazing, gentle but encouraging her to do her best and making her feel safe in the water. She has progressed to Level 4 in less then a year and I don't think this would have been possible anywhere else. - [FIRST NAME REMOVED] Sahara Prashant

It’s flexible convenient and reasonably priced. My daughter loves it and is always happy to go swimming here

Instruction is great (level 1) and I've enjoyed it and watched my little one get very comfortable in the water, which is great! As a parent participating, it's nice when the lesson is slightly different to keep things interesting! I will mention that compared to other swim schools, the change room situation for infants is a bit tough, the counter spot (where the hair dryers are) is a bit small and not ideal (outlets/cords etc) and then the change table in the family washroom is okay but the floor is often wet and there's no much other space to put things). It all is manageable but would be my only hesitation in recommending the school to someone with an infant. A shelf in the showers might be nice as well :) Otherwise it's been great and we look forward to our lessons each week!

The instructors are amazing. They're attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I also find that the actual curriculum is really great. The kids are learning extremely valuable lessons. The classes do a great job of pushing the kids to learn.

The small class sizes, warm water, and consistent safety protocols put us (and our daughter) completely at ease. She looks forward to every class! and we also appreciate the updates on her progress and what’s being worked on each week—it helps us reinforce skills at home.

The staff! Everyone we’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to make our son feel safe and excited to be at swimming lessons. Melanie, Sylvie, and coach Oliver, in particular, are amazing.
