Friendly staff at the Holly Springs location. Easy to use the app and reschedule classes if necessary. Instructors are helpful and willing to provide good feedback on what my child is doing well and what he needs to work on for next class. With my child on the spectrum, I was worried he wouldn't like swimming or wouldn't take to the instructions from instructions, but the friendly staff has made him at ease during each class and accepting of his needs. He looks forward to each class every week! Thank you for providing a safe learning space for him

Because we’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Aqua-Tots in Holly Springs. Jordyn has been such an amazing Coach. She is great with our daughter and we look forward to swim class every week. Even when we have make up classes with different teachers, they have all been awesome.

Our daughter has learned so much in just six months. After taking a short break for holiday dance performances, she was excited to return. The coaches are consistently positive, patient, and supportive with every student. Our six-year-old is very confident and thinks she knows everything, and the instructors handle her perfectly—encouraging her confidence while continuing to build her skills in the water. We’ve had a few favorite coaches across levels 3–6, but we truly feel comfortable knowing that whoever she is paired with will be kind and attentive. Our main goal is to continue strengthening her confidence and safety in the water, and Aqua-Tots has been wonderful for that. The facility is always clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful whether in person, over the phone, or via text. Thank you, Aqua-Tots, for such a positive and supportive environment for our daughter!

I love the set up of the school. I have actually already recommended the school to other parents. My daughter is learning and having fun. I appreciate the focus on water safety. The whole staff is wonderful. We especially love Elisa.

Our kids enjoy the lessons! I would like to share that we’re disappointed there’s now a TV airing movies in the waiting area. Any content concerns aside, it has added a layer of difficulty when getting our toddler to go with the coach. It’s a huge, high-draw distraction which makes the transition difficult at times. We don’t think every kid waiting area needs TV entertainment, and were disappointed Aqua-Tots opted for that route when it should be a space for physical engagement.

Greta has been great! She is kind and really encourages Felix to master the skills well. The only thing I would change ia the parking for the location, but that isn't anything aqua tots had control over.
