We live our classes and most of our instructors! Bella is amazing! However, every now and again we will have a sub who seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Personally, Morgan does not seem to have the knowledge it takes to teach our class or the skills to kindly interact with children. I have watched her become frustrated with children and openly admit she doesn’t know the curriculum.

Coaches Bella and Chloe always make us feel so welcome and are so good with my sweet boy they go above and beyond to make sure that he is progressing in skills while comfortable. I also love the warm friendly atmosphere when you first walk in the staff is incredible. If there was one thing I could change, I would ask for infant changing tables in dressing room so that we didn’t always have to use the big bathroom stall to change.

The young ladies do a very good job with teaching my daughter and they are very patient with her.

I appreciate that the classes are small. that the instructors are serious with the kids, but friendly at the same time. I also appreciate that there are always two staff members with each and every class.

We really enjoy Aqua-Tots! The young people who work there care and know my child's name. The facility is always clean and communication is clear.

Great customer service, professionalism, organization, and exceptional team members. (More than once though, I've noticed - the students are exiting the pool almost 5 minutes early...and I would love for us to get our whole 30 minutes!) My only remark. Otherwise, Aqua Tots has been wonderful.

I LOVE how easy it is to change the times for our lessons. We can easily go in and cancel our “scheduled” time every week and pick any time that works for that week. Particularly during busy summer days and with young kids who are still sick often, it is amazing to have so much flexibility each week. I also love being able to watch them from behind glass. I feel like I really get to see their progress and at the same time my one year old isn’t constantly trying to throw herself in the pool only a few feet away. Instructors are nice, and we’ve just really enjoyed how easy everything has been!

We love everything about Aqua Tots! The only thing that would make it better would be if there were more hours available on the weekend. Having afternoon or evening classes on Saturday would make it perfect!

Aqua-Tots in Hoover has been so great for our son. The coaches are very encouraging and I enjoy watching him learn and grow. Thank you for loving on our sweet boy.
