The coaches and staff are truly wonderful! Our very nervous swimmer has become so confident in the water. We never imagined we would see him swim how he does now. Both of our children have the best time during their lessons!

1. Dedicated staff in the pool who help to create a solid swim foundation (skills based) at all ages/abilities. 2. Front desk staff who are attentive, customer focused, and very good with kids 3. Visible leadership focused on continuous improvement both in the pool and out.

Great instructors, easy to cancel and reschedule classes. We like the small student to teacher ratio. It feels like we are getting our money's worth!

Rob at the front desk of the Horsham location is such a big help to us with planning our lessons. He is so kind and inclusive. We also love coach Faith and coach Rad. Faith is very good with children with neurodivergence!

Everybody at AquaTots truly cares about your child’s progression in class. I noticed my toddler was having some regression and the manager, Mara, sat and talked with me, eased my mind and even offered to do an evaluation at our next class. She was able to give me helpful tips that hopefully will reverse my babies swim regression. It’s comforting when you’re so frustrated. Everybody at AquaTots is just so kind and truly cares

Would like a heads up when the kid might be graduating so both parents can come to see it. I’m fine that they graduate early but hard to know when it will happen when they haven’t earned all their stars yet.
