Very well run and clean facility. Well staffed and well trained crew. Now let's top that off with excellent customer care just in general and the support the kids get each lesson. I love the app for progress reports, assigned coach/lanes, and easy schedule adjustments and make up classes when a class is missed/cancelled. If I were evaluating on these factors only it's an easy 10/10. We have been loyal customers for several years now! Constructive feedback: I find the price high, especially with multiple kids enrolled. I wish there was a family discount or some sort of discount. I wish there was a little side lesson now and then to help a child struggling to advance. Something that would bring the fun back into it to keep their interest in learning - some game play or a review of learned skills to give them a boost in confidence, maybe a bit of both! When progress is slow they don't want to go to the lesson and can loose focus when there.

We enjoy the facility and the overall swim school. Changing rooms and washrooms are frequently clean, staff is pleasant. We have had a lot of substitute instructors the past few weeks, which makes consistency for a little one difficult. It also feels difficult for our swimmer to advance, as each coach doesn't something a little bit different than the next.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this swim school! The instructors are very professional, and my daughter learned how to swim in just a few months. I also really appreciate their unlimited make-up sessions—it gives us so much flexibility and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We love everything about Aquatots. The only reason we didn’t rate a full 10 is because we feel the ‘progress’ in the app isn’t being updated accordingly.

I love the entire system. The app is super cool and I love reading the feedback from the coaches. The school environment is perfect, well equipped, and kid-friendly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The coaches are all talented, great with kids, and wonderful! So far an amazing experience and though it is a bit of a drive for us, it is VERY worth it!

We love the instructors and the friendly front desk staff. We also appreciate the flexible schedule. Please change the hair & body wash that is now in the showers to a tear free version. My son just had his eyes stung badly when rinsing his hair as we weren’t expecting a non-kid shampoo.
