My 4yo son had very little experience with swimming. He’s been attending classes twice a week for about a month now and we are seeing so much improvement. He’s been with multiple instructors and they have all been great! He looks forward to his classes as well so that’s a bonus! I love the smaller class sizes which gives more one-on-one time with the instructor. I also really like that the instructors give feedback to the parents at the end of each lesson. The app is a great feature as well. We get updates on his progress which I find very helpful.

Clean , kind and fun environment. The coach we have (Kaleigh) is amazing. I feel like we’ve learned so much from her and she makes the lessons very fun with great feedback at the end. Honestly a huge reason is the coach! We love her. The front staff are always helpful and kind too. Thank you so much for this experience.

My boy had his first solo lesson the other day and, despite being a little fish normally, cried and fussed throughout the whole thing looking for my wife and I…. Whoever was helping Taylor’s class and put him through the motions for half an hour did an AMAZING job.. it must have been difficult as he was quite “vocal”… it was hard to watch and we wanted to run in there and grab him.. but she took such gentle care of him despite his cries. It was really amazing to watch.

We have been attending for about 2 months, our 2 little kids love it here! The staff are very nice and informative, my kids are learning and the app is great. I enjoy seeing the progress.

Our instructor, Alex, is amazing. I love that you can register at any time as opposed to other places you have to do it at a specific time. The fact that you can also cancel up to 2h prior and issued a makeup session is great, makes it way more easier to manage with naps and life events and also that you can move your time slots on a more permanent basis. Note that we have done sessions with various instructors and the majority of them were good. One bad feedback was that my husband went for his first time with our son in April, he was the only one with the instructor, I was watching them in the spectator area. The instructor never showed 1 movement to my husband, which I was disappointed as I know it is very helpful when you start to have a demonstration, and more especially that he was alone, the instructor could have taken time to properly explain and show.

Our 2.5-year-old kid looks forward to his swimming lessons every weekend!! He enjoys and is gradually learning many techniques with his amazing coaches. Thank you!

Everytime we visit staff are willing to help and always will find someone who can help if they don't know what to do! This is important to never leave a customer without an answer. Always do your best to help the customer and their inquires. Always understanding when issues arise and try their best to make families happy.

We are loving the attention and the techniques that instructors are teaching my kid. The instructor goes with the pace of the kid when she wants to fast track trainer teaches some amazing techniques to fast track the learning curve. Great instructors -Juan and Khriz .

The staff are fantastic! So kind and supportive to the kids. I’ve already seen a lot of progress in my childrens swimming abilities and in their confidence in the few months we’ve been with Aqua-Tots.
