The ability to reschedule with make up classes is really convenient. I have always found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. Online apps are clear and easy to use.

Swim coach sounds like she is educated in teaching swim to children. Love that at the end of every lesson, the coach explains what my son and I are doing well in, what we need to improve and what we should try next lesson. The facility is clean, staff are friendly, and love that I can reschedule a lesson if we can’t make it.

Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Smaller class sizes. Functioning app. Clean facilities. Classes are more challenging for the kids than what we've experienced elsewhere. My child has learnt so much in the 2 months since we made the switch to Aqua Tots.

The staff at the front are always kind and helpful (Jacob is who we have seen most and he’s awesome!) and our swim instructor Kaleigh is so knowledgeable and cares so much about making sure our little ones are safe and learn in every single class.

We love how easy the app is to use- we can see our daughters progress and feedback, and if we aren't able to make a class it's incredibly easy to cancel and reschedule for a time that works. The pool and changerooms are very clean, pool is warm and the instructors are amazing! Would highly recommend.

The only thing to note is that the first washrooms have a huge footprint which is pointless because there are only two of them. In the space it takes for the two washrooms, you could easily have 4 washrooms available.

Clean, good loving instructors who relate to the kids. They remind me of baby whisperers. You do not hear them. You just see their lips move and the kids respond.
