My son loves coming to Aquatots for his swimming classes. Thankful to the responsive team that works at the Kanata location for following up on my feedback and providing me with information to ensure continued success for my son in learning to swim.
We love how easy the app is to use- we can see our daughters progress and feedback, and if we aren't able to make a class it's incredibly easy to cancel and reschedule for a time that works. The pool and changerooms are very clean, pool is warm and the instructors are amazing! Would highly recommend.
The only thing to note is that the first washrooms have a huge footprint which is pointless because there are only two of them. In the space it takes for the two washrooms, you could easily have 4 washrooms available.
Clean, good loving instructors who relate to the kids. They remind me of baby whisperers. You do not hear them. You just see their lips move and the kids respond.
My son loves going to his swimming lessons, he is only 2 but has learned so much. And I love how easy it is to cancel a class and then to reschedule a token.
The instructors are so great with our kids! Both of our kids have become comfortable in the water and have progressed quickly. Our kids look forward to their swimming lessons each week!
I would give Aqua-Tots Swim School a 10/10! The facility is spotless, the water is warm, and the make-up class policy is perfect for busy families. The staff are amazing — Erkin and Chloe are so welcoming, and Jordana and Shea went above and beyond to make my daughter feel at ease. Shea even spent the time troubleshooting ways to make my daughter more comfortable which I really appreciated. We always feel supported and look forward to every lesson!
Love the atmosphere and hands on. If my kids don't want to go swimming an instructor will carry them inside and get them settled. Really love my experience here!!
We love the lessons, consistency of the lessons, the app, and ability to do make up lessons. The only issue we had was our time slot had a lot of last minute instructor changes and every time a new instructor came in, there was a "ramp up" time to get to know our son and his abilities. This made it difficult for him to make progress on a week to week basis.
