Amazing coaches and very clean facility. My only things are the floors are SO slippery when wet which I know is hard to keep up with at a swim school but our family alone has taken 3 hard falls from very wet floors. Also it would be nice to have an alternative treat/reward at the desk for little kids who are too young for suckers. Like a small chocolate or stickers. But we love aqua tots and recommend them to everyone!

They are so organized and were super welcoming during our first class. I can’t believe the improvement just from a few lessons; my daughter’s instructor Josh is so good with her. He eases them in and gives her the confidence she needs to face her fear of going under water!

Overall we are very pleased. My daughter is making great progress and is generally happy about the class. We do preferences for some instructors (who seem more apt at balancing challenges and comfort), and we love that the app let's us see who the coach will be on any given day. The main reasons I am giving it a 9 and not a 10, is that I noticed that some of the instructors sometimes give generally negative feedback in front of the child (e.g., she is not confortable with water, maybe you can take her to the pool or consider changing level - when this was an off day and not the usual instructor) which has affected her willingness to go the next day. Though I always appreciate feedback they do tend to have a better impact when prefaced by something positive (which most of the instructors usually do).

The classes are great and the instructors are amazing with the kids. I just wish there was a way to use make up classes instead of paying for the month or so. I also am not a fan of being given Makeup classes when the school is shut down for holidays and my class falls on those days. I feel when it's a school closure it should become an unpaid time instead. Like at Christmas and new years.

We love our kids’ swim instructors, Nate and Hannah. They make our kiddos so comfortable in the water, and we’ve noticed a huge boost in their confidence. We also love that we can cancel our lessons if we’re sick and book make-up classes. That flexibility is so nice.
