Friendly costumer service and knowledgeable/patient coaches. I do wish there were options to book here and there and not one class per week minimal. It’s hard with traveling jobs to commit to once a week. We do love aquatots though and will forever just have make up classes :).

Coaches are patient and very understanding with kids. They make sure kids are comfortable and feel safe during class. My 2 kids goes here for swim class.

We have been with Aqua Thots since March and it has been a great experience. No complaints. The instructors provide clear and helpful feedback for improvement and they encourage and affirm my kid. Wish I could have adult classes here.

We love coming here and my daughter enjoys it a lot. My only complaint would be the amount of times her coach/teacher is different. As a 4 year old she looks for comfort in her coach and when it’s a different person every other week she’s hesitant when she gets to class and sees it’s someone she’s not used to. Then when she gets comfortable with one, they get switched again. She definitely notices and a few times said she didn’t want to go because she missed her old coach. I understand business lose employees but what’s going on that there is such a high turnaround rate?? Hope things and employee settle in and stay.

Coach Hannah is AMAZING!! She has been doing private lessons with my daughter for a while now and my daughter is so comfortable in the pool! The front desk staff is always so nice and very helpful. :)
