We have loved seeing the progress our little ones have made in such a short period of time. Annabelle has been an amazing instructor. She has been so patient with our boys as they have gotten comfortable with their lessons and she is a fabulous swim teacher!

The staff are great, the teachers are so helpful and the facility is always pretty clean. One suggestion, maybe another baby changing table station in the changing area. We often end up putting our 11 month old on the bench because the 2 stations are taken.

The staff and coaches are very informative and friendly. They are kind and gentle with the kids and they make the kids feel safe and comfortable in learning the skills.

I like all the swim instructors they are all very nice, welcoming and friendly. But I specifically like to thank coach Jay and Eva they are very outstanding. Coach Jay is very patient with my grandson and he makes him enjoy learning how to swim.

The app makes it easy to switch classes with our busy schedule. Knowing that my children will be safe and have a blast learning to swim with any of the instructors is the greatest convenience, though. Everyone is so encouraging and professional. I can not get over the progress both of our kids have made.

Our toddler loves the lessons and the coaches! Even when he has makeup lessons from a different coach he does well and doesn’t mind the change because the strategy is consistent between everyone. Just going one day a week our toddler has learned swimming basics very quickly and I’m excited to see what he does next. I do wish the lessons were a bit longer, especially when the class is full. When class is full, the attention on your child is in quick bursts and a 30 minute lesson is more like a 10 minute lesson.

We love the instructors and everyone working there is absolutely fantastic. The only thing I would improve is cleanliness. The floors are always dirty. The changing stalls/benches are usually dirty and floors look muddy with dust piled. The bathrooms are very dirty and often do not have soap, toilets are dirty and there is mud or dirt and trash on floors.

We love swim! Great environment, everyone is happy and friendly, we love all of the coaches we have had have been great!! They are super accommodating and if you have to cancel it’s very easy to reschedule

It's extremely convenient for working parents, the makeup policy is really helpful, and we have loved our coaches. We have coach Chasity right now and she's amazing. She treats the kids with respect and knows how to help them understand what to do with their bodies (which can be hard for preschool aged kids!).
