The instructors are great at what they do! We had Catherine when we first started and she was awesome with our daughter! Now our schedule has changed and we have Kai, and he is great at giving instructions and feedback. We have not had the opportunity to engage much with the rest of the instructors, but they all really seem to know their stuff and the kids in their classes look like they’re having so much fun.

The customer service is unmatched! We've been having a lot of instructor changes recently, and I understand that there are a lot of young student coaches and they leave when they graduate. We did a Saturday morning make up and met Ashlyn and she is AMAZING! It ended up being a private lesson as no other kids were signed up, but my daughter really connected with her. That day, I asked someone at the front desk if I could make Ashlyn my daughter's permanent instructor, AND that we could find a close time for my other daughter's lesson. The person at the front desk (I never got her name) moved Eloise into a Friday class at 4:30 and Caitlyn got a 5pm with Ashlyn, too! The front desk person worked on it for a bit but she made it happen. I was/am so thankful that we get Ashlyn and don't have to come multiple days or wait long periods for another class. Each time I've asked for a similar request, the front desk is always so accommodating.
I wish more things were fixed/updated when the floors were updated. I get that things rust with water, but the place still looks dated and rusty. Overall, still a great experience, I love that the classes are staggered so there's always parking and constant movement. Less crowds of parents, too.

My 9 month old son seems to really enjoy swim lessons. Channing is a great instructor. The classes are organized and fun. My son seems to be getting more comfortable in the water and is making progress on skills.
My only recommendation is to make it easy to cancel your membership online, rather than having to call to do it. I don’t have any plans to cancel but I think having an online option is ideal.

Her instructor - Jay. We would've left but she saved it for our entire family. We like (and our daughter prefers) the female instructors. Most are good, but Jay is leagues above as she truly understands kiddos. I can provide a lot of specific detail if you prefer, but we will also be signing up our 4-month old soon (with Jay).

We have been so happy with our experience at Aqua-Tots! The progress we have seen with our daughter is so much more than we had expected. Catherine is attentive, engaging, insightful, and such a joy to have as an instructor. It's clear she's highly experienced and knowledgeable, and we feel so lucky to be in her classes. Aqua-Tots has completely exceeded our expectations.

Love the individual attention. Our 3 year old had his first class last week and was afraid and crying. One of the senior instructors (sorry-didn’t get her name) sat with him throughout the lesson and gradually introduced him to the water to n such a gentle way. By then he end he was happy and comfortable. I really appreciated that!

The instructors are so kind. They care about my son's progression in the class and also adapt some of the lessons to his comfort level. I see they are being very mindful of his fears of water, and it really has helped his progression in swimming and going underwater. Also, they recognize that sometimes it is hard for him to leave me [mom] at the beginning of classes, and they take good care of ensuring he is comfortable and give him extra attention. I appreciate that, and it makes me feel he is in great hands.
