My kids and I have truly enjoyed our experience and journey at Aqua-Tots. The instructors and overall environment have been wonderful, and we appreciate the positive impact it has had on our family. The only feedback I would offer is regarding the make-up lesson policy. While I understand that regular lessons can be canceled in advance, it can be difficult to lose a scheduled make-up lesson if something unexpected comes up. Life happens, especially during the winter months when illness is more common, and it can be frustrating to forfeit a make-up due to circumstances outside of our control. I would love to see a more flexible or considerate approach to the make-up lesson policy to account for these situations. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and appreciate all that Aqua-Tots provides!

My granddaughter was two when she started classes. She had no experience or knowledge of swimming. She’s three now and has confidence, ability to jump in and find the edge and actually swim. Highly recommend Aqua-Tots Louisville.
