We love it!! The last location we went to did not update charts unless requested, and they would not let our son advance in skills because Level 2 is age out rather than skill based and they didn't want him to "get bored." Since swapping over, charts are updated every lesson, our son is practicing skills appropriate for him, and we are all having a blast! Wonderful coaches, wonderful staff!

Coach Tad and Coach Taylor are awesome. When are have makeup lessons, we have always had great experiences with other coaches as well. One suggestion - to stagger the ending times for the classes, so there are more changing rooms available at the end of each class. Some moments are a frantic mess fighting for a changing room. Then the next moment, all the rooms are empty.

The classes are great, sometimes the pool is too crowded with all the classes that it makes it hard to hear our instructor and for my baby to focus.

Griffin has had a really hard time adjusting to his first two lessons, he's been so scared and difficult. But both instructors (Coach Taylor and Coach Tad) were so incredibly patient and kind. By the end of his second lesson today he was actually smiling and happy.

All the coaches and front desk personnel are so friendly and professional. We love Coach Tad and Coach Taylor. They are so patient and kind. My only suggestion: there are quite a few classes that start at 10 am on Saturday. When they all end at the same time, there is not enough changing rooms for all the students at that time. Maybe staggering the classes to start a little earlier or later would help.

Very good lessons, my daughter has significantly progressed in swimming and her confidence with water and other activities. She’s also made more friends and it had lead to better personal interactions with her and other children. The Trainers are very patient and safety oriented. I highly suggest joining.

We love our swim trainer Leilani and the swim school. The set up is nice. I just wish there was more of a discount when you add a sibling.
