The teachers have been so helpful, patient, and encouraging to my 16 month old in Level 2. My husband and I can really see a difference with his confidence in the water. With Summer coming up, I feel a lot better about being in the pool with him and not having to worry about him being scared. The front desk staff are also so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend bringing your child here to learn not only swimming skills, but ones that build their confidence, community, and social skills!

We’ve such a great experience here. All the coaches are incredibly kind, patient, and truly wonderful with kids.
The front desk staff is also amazing — always helpful, organized, and welcoming, which makes scheduling and check‑ins so easy for parents.
Their app is also practical, user-friendly and helpful.
Overall, highly recommend. A fantastic environment for kids to learn, feel safe, and have fun.

Times available are great
Staff are friendly and very well trained
Space are easily accessible
Difficult to watch your kid if the location is busy
Rigid subjective curriculum structure doesn't offer variability in practice or allow instructors to alter how things are taught - one instructor moved them from level 5 to 3 the very next week the instructor felt like he should be in level 4, the makeup instructor said could be level 4 or 5. Just seems confusing

We gave a score of 10 because the instructors are patient, encouraging, and great with children. My son has become more confident in the water and genuinely looks forward to his lessons. The classes are well organized, and we feel he is learning important skills in a safe and supportive environment.

This is the most well run business around. From the moment you enter the building you are greeted by name. All of the swim coaches are excellent! We especially love Coach Taylor and Coach Tad. They are always patient, supportive, and encourage. Our daughter has learned so much and we feel confident she will be swimming safe and independently at 3 years old!

All of the instructors here are incredibly talented teaching the kids and handling all their different personalities and learning styles, even when the same child varies from lesson to lesson (my own!) My kid has his favorite instructors, but even when he has a different one, they always know who he is and what his strengths are and where he struggles.
I also really love how easy it is to change the schedule and sign up for makeup classes. We have a long drive and have to go through a lot of construction areas, so I sometimes have to call while on the way to say we're going to miss our class time, and I've never been made to feel bad about it, and usually (not always) can get a later spot so we don't miss out altogether.
We really love Aqua-Tots Mansfield and recommend it to everyone with little ones!
