The coaches are great. We've had Sherri, Jessica, and Jimmy. They are all very knowledgeable regarding "minnow" swimming and are encouraging but never pushy. My granddaughter loves her pool time!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with our swim instructor at Aqua-Tots! From day one, they’ve been patient, encouraging, and incredibly attentive with my kids. What I appreciate most is how they balance structure with fun, the kids are learning real skills, but they’re excited to show up each week.

Coach Sherri has been absolutely amazing with my son. She's patient, attentive, and truly cares about her students. My son has been with her from the very beginning, and the confidence and comfort he has in the water now is because of her. Our experience since starting with Aquatots last year has been great. Our daughter was 9-10 months old when she started. She had some experience in the pool over the summer but that’s about it. It was important to me because I only had swim lessons as a kid for one summer and it wasn’t the best experience. It was important to me that we exposed her before she was a school age child. We primarily had lessons on Sunday with coach Will and he made our experience great! He was so kind and reassuring to us and had great feedback to help us. He was clearly meant to work with kids! Having this great experience early will certainly make us stay enrolled in lessons for the foreseeable future. The facility is always clean and the water is warm. For what it’s worth every single person we have spoken to at Aquatots Matthews has been great including the front desk and other instructors we had makeup lessons with. I very distinctly remember the call I got when I was enrolling her, the girl I spoke to was so kind and answered all of my questions. That first impression on the phone truly made me go forward with enrolling her in lessons.

We just love Aqua-Tots Swim School! Our daughter started here at 14 months, she's now 8 years old and swinning and striving at level 7. I love all patience the instructors have. They have been consistent since day one. You can tell they enjoy teaching the kids and watching their skills improve from week to week. We especially love that we can schedule make up days at our convenience and that they don't expire. Camdyn looks forward to coming every week!
