This location is extremely well run. My son has inattentive adhd/ auditory dyslexia so translating verbal instructions into actions creates an extreme hardship for him. Prior to joining the school he was swimming with City of Toronto for about 8 months. The progress he has made over the last 10 lessons in comparison to his full 8 months with the city is astounding. Literally every lesson with the city ended in tears. Here, he is happy, and confident. The attitudes of the swim/ front desk staff are amazing. You can tell how much the staff genuinely want the kids to learn properly. It cannot be easy dealing with the volume and variety of children they teach yet I have not seen a single ounce of frustration from any employee working there.

We’ve been going to Aqua Tots for two months and we are very happy with the experience we have! My baby loves it and instructors are very friendly and helpful. Everything is organized!

My kids who are both under 5 really enjoy the lessons and the instructors specially Amir who they spent junk of their lessons with made it very pleasurable experience and build the trust with the kids I will be forever grateful for him. Coach Rada , Carlos are amazing and coach Julia whom showed huge compassion when we first enrolled and my little one was terrified she intervened to help calm her down and made it possible for her to continue. Not to mention Carolina who is very helpful and proactive in helping us all the time this ease a lot on us as a family , as well as Nada and Raya who are wonderful in responding to our inquiries and always cheerful. Simply amazing he franchise is not a swimming school to us it’s a family and big kudos to the owner for her leadership which created this positive atmosphere.

Scheduling options and makeup class credits. Very helpful, patient, and friendly staff. Facilities are clean and well-suited for volume of use. And we cannot say enough great things about Coach Amir! He has been a significant reason that we have not pursued lower cost (and closer-to-home) options.

Coach helped our son to improve his strokes, specifically I love there approach where they hold the hand or leg and correct it, that helps the kid to understand it better

From management to coaching we have had fantastic experiences with for example Manuela (who was inspiring, amazing and a standout coach but left to go to Western), Sharon, Shayan, and Andrii. The facilities are well taken care of and again the people make the difference. Excellent job Aqua Tots Mississauga!!
