Staff, instructors and location is great. I received a survey and indicated that I was having a difficult time booking make up classes. I received a prompt callback and the staff worked with my schedule to find some slots for my child.

Initially had concerns with progression and level status. The team offered additional support to re-evaluate and assist by offering 1:1 support. This solution surpassed my expectations and gave us the security in knowing that Aqua Tots cares for its patriots and listens to each concern. We would recommend to friends and family alike! Because there are *some* coaches so great, that they would not give up on something done uncorrectly.... The staff overall is very communicative and problem solving. The kids actually learn proper technics

The teachers are amazing. So caring and professional. They take each kid's comfort level into account and help them by modifying the exercise so that they become more confident. I love the small class sizes as well.

Coach Nix of #aquatotsswimschools have taught Jacob so much in 2 years, not only did he watch my son grows, he pushes him to get better every week. Coach Daniel who met my son for the first time had taught him tricks in 5 mins which without their guidance and support, my son would never learn in years. I was in tears looking at my child progressing well, growing fast he slipping out of my hands, proud of what he achieve and continue to fulfill. When I last submitted my responses to a survey I raised some concerns re class size and my child not having enough one on one class. The school called me right away and discussed various options to address my concerns, they implemented various solutions and were in constant contact with me to follow up. I am super impressed with how they handled my concerns!
