The instructors are all amazing, the facility is clean and being updated. The class sizes are smaller than the city run pools. Superior to city programs by far. My child is making so much progress.

Great coaches - they're so good with the young kids and make a fun learning environment! Great front desk / support staff too - always very patient. Clean facility, feels safe to have kids there.

We like the facility, and location. The app is easy to navigate and provides good communication for achievements and progress. Our toddler loves Coach Joyce, with her coaching and guidance, our girl has progressed well and gained confidence in the pool. She is attentive and gentle with the kids, gives and receives updates and suggestions well. The only downside is the limited time she receives if the lesson has 3 new or newer learners who require a lot of comforting and negotiating to participate. We would like private lessons, but not being able to pick a consistent coach is not something that we would want. Overall we would recommend the program to family and friends.

Great team! My son loves going to swimming and his coaches. Our current coach is great at updating his progress weekly and we really appreciate that, and my son is very encouraged by getting stars and seeing his progress.
