Instructor Mara, who has been amazing with my baby, keeping her comfortable while appropriately challenging her to new experiences. My daughter shows noticeable relaxation with her instructor, which I can assure she does not show with just anyone. I wanted my daughter introduced to water safety young and I'm definitely happy we gave aquatots a try.

Great instructors and facilities. Check in desk needs to be willing to check people in instead of referring parents to the app to check in when they are carrying kids and bags.

We love how caring the staff is. We also really love that they are willing to work with us when it comes to scheduling as much as possible. They are a really great group of people even if they are short staffed they don’t let it bother them!!

We are loving our lessons with Coach Maddie. Our daughter is always excited to come to lessons and she is learning quickly from a coach we can tell really cares. We appreciate the one on one feedback after class and look forward to continuing our kids swim journeys with aqua tots.

great skills, great staff, great program

Love the class times available, the make up policy, and our instructor - Jen! The app has been easy to use when needing to reschedule or see progress. Didn’t give it a 10 because I feel facility itself (specifically changing stalls) could use some improvement (when compared to competitor big blue swim school, they excel in that area.) however, I felt like big blue lacks the structured progress of the infant program whereas aqua tots exceeds at which is why I ultimately chose it for now.

Very happy with these swim classes! Instructor Jen is amazing and so patient. My son struggled at first, but she found the way to help him feel confident. Now he loves going. Highly recommend

Some instructors are a bit more experienced and confident. I wish there was a closer location to downtown!!

Flexible and very understanding with two little kids and the frequency of them falling sick. No unreasonable asks of the customer and always go above and beyond to help. Love the teachers too.

The staff is all very friendly, and even when my son has a sub or goes to a make-up class the teachers are all great with their students.

We have really enjoyed all aspects of aqua tots. The only thing I wish was different is how much time the kids sit and do nothing during their lessons. I get that it will inevitably happen with a class of 4 but it is a downfall. Overall tho we really enjoy the instruction and growth

Everyone is extremely kind! The online app makes everything extremely easy too. I also love that we can arrive as early as we need to and have more than enough room to get ready.
