I chose a 9 because I always proudly recommend Aqua tots swim school.
However, I can’t put a 10 because of the feedback on lessons.
The in-person feedback is fine. A quick glow and grow comment and then move on to the next student.
Completely understandable that an instructor can’t spend too much time talking to the parent- so that’s where the progress reports on apps play their role- but after 2 lessons with no progress, we get a little discouraged….
There needs to be more consistency on the progress in the app.
This isn’t the first time we experience that.
More promotion opportunities on the enrollment package price would be appreciated as well- repeat customers, seasonal rates, bonus referrals, siblings.
That’s always a plus!
My daughter truly enjoys the classes and she has learned a lot. The only thing that has been somewhat of a bother lately is the inconsistency of having the same coach. We love the coaches(they are all great) but I feel my child improves more when she has the same coach. She had the same coaches previously but these past few months, it’s basically a new one each time and I feel like that makes it harder for them at times to learn.
We have been with them for 10 years (2 kids). I like the schedule and that I can easily cancel a class and schedule makeups through the app. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. My kids have loved every one of them.
I just want to say that I think everyone is doing a great job and the instructors are great. My only issue is that there has not been a consistent coach, it seems that he has a new coach each lesson. How can my son be accurately taught if it is someone new each time?
