We love aqua tots, my only complaint is I think 4 kids in one class is too much. I think the kids learn better with 2, 3 max. Besides that, the coaches are great & every child needs to learn how to swim & Aqua tots helped my kids do that❤️
All three of my kids have participated in the program: one has graduated, one is in the last level, and one is progressing through the lower levels. It gives us peace of mind knowing they are comfortable in the water! They have also formed relationships with many of the staff members throughout our time at the Novi Aqua Tots!
There’s been a lot of turnover through our years but at this particular point I think there’s a pretty solid crew! My son loves the front desk staff and they are very sweet to him and helpful to us.
Facilities that function well for families (although the changing stalls could be much bigger!), consistent and well-educated teachers who stick to a defined plan, and lastly my teacher (Miss Thalia) is clearly a pro at working with tough kids. My daughter has made more progress with submersion in her first few weeks with Miss Thalia than she did in a year with us.
Staff is always extremely flexible and helpful and friendly. Always have a smile on their face. Price very reasonable. Most instructors are very good. My son currently has Mars and she is amazing! She is very thorough, encouraging but also will help them improve areas they need it.
Coach Thalia is incredible! She really bonds with the kids and knows how to push them to achieve and grow. She’s enthusiastic and supportive. I cannot say enough great things about her.
The school was great at following up with a negative review AND corrected the reasons behind the negative review. Our daughter is becoming more confident in the water and our son is learning to love the water as well.
