My daughter never wanted to get her face wet and somehow the Aqua-tots coaches got her to jump into the pool. Having the other kids her age was fun and distracted her fear. Aqua-tots did a great job of breaking down "how to swim" in tiny chucks with fun names such as chicken, star, rocket, that my daughter loved. Now that she is a more independent swimmer, she's learning more challenging strokes for competitive swim. My daughter has quirks (doesn't like being touched) and the coaches were respectful of that and communicated with her and asked before they touched her to show her a position or stroke. We have had a great experience.
Recently, the changes and rotations is being very fast. I like the coaches Gerardo and Zack are the best ones, but the front desk the people is not very nice as they used to be with last girls, so sometimes i do not feel comfortable with their approaches,
We absolutely love the program! We were just on vacation and all our three and one-year-old kiddos wanted to do was be in the pool. As parents, we were confident and involved enough to let them swim without any floatation devices!
My two girls were so scared of the water and the whole staff, from the coaches to the people behind the counter, have gone above and beyond to make my kids love the water and most importantly be safe in the water. Swim class has been one of the best investments I have made towards my kids.

The classes are very structured and always on time. I don’t care too much for the progress report at the end because we get a progress card online.
The instructors are friendly. We love Miss Abigail. She is patient and caring.
Some coaches are very nice and gentle with the kids their vibe is great. But also there are a few that you could tell don't have enough patience which they have to understand kids are there to learn and not just to push them on there first day to do more than what they know
When deciding on a swim school for my child I learned just how many different approaches there are to introducing a child to the water. Aqua-tots is proactive in their approach yet gentle and caring. My child has made tremendous progress in just over a month of lessons. The staff and instructors are kind and friendly. Our instructors are encouraging and are developing incredible trust with my child. Instructors from previous classes recognize my child and make it a point to say hi even if they are not teaching our class that day. The site is clean and welcoming and the pool is always the perfect temperature. I am so thankful that I chose Aqua-tots and look forward to continuing my child’s swim journey for years to come!
Miss Denise and the other teachers who have worked with our son are always very encouraging and make Benjamin feel welcomed and seen. He always has positive things to share after each practice. Benjamin was very apprehensive about putting his face in the water, but with the support of his teachers, he has overcome that fear.
