Nice friendly teachers and staff. I do wish there more handheld shower heads. There's only one and there's always several classes ending at the same time which we are all waiting for especially for the little ones levels 1 - 4. There's often been a line of 5 or more waiting for it. It would also be nice if after the rush of every class, the rooms would be mopped dry. The changing floor rooms are wet with puddles. I totally get it, swim school = water but being more precautious would be nice.

I really enjoy the atmosphere as well as the staff. Everybody is very helpful and very kind. On another note, I noticed there’s only one handicap, shower stall, and when rinsing off the kids that stall always has a line waiting for it because the shower head has a hose attached to it making it “easier” to rinse the little kids off. I think, adding a few more showerheads with a hose would be super helpful for the parents when rinsing off their kids. :)

Mateo loves the swimming pool and enjoys the water. He had meltdowns and his instructors have been the most professional and patient I have seen. These instructors make the lessons worth every penny. Thank you for being so kind and patient to our son.

The swim instructors are great and my daughter loves her swim class. She is eager to go and packs her own bag. She is becoming a better swimmer.

My daughter never wanted to get her face wet and somehow the Aqua-tots coaches got her to jump into the pool. Having the other kids her age was fun and distracted her fear. Aqua-tots did a great job of breaking down "how to swim" in tiny chucks with fun names such as chicken, star, rocket, that my daughter loved. Now that she is a more independent swimmer, she's learning more challenging strokes for competitive swim. My daughter has quirks (doesn't like being touched) and the coaches were respectful of that and communicated with her and asked before they touched her to show her a position or stroke. We have had a great experience.

Recently, the changes and rotations is being very fast. I like the coaches Gerardo and Zack are the best ones, but the front desk the people is not very nice as they used to be with last girls, so sometimes i do not feel comfortable with their approaches,

We absolutely love the program! We were just on vacation and all our three and one-year-old kiddos wanted to do was be in the pool. As parents, we were confident and involved enough to let them swim without any floatation devices!

My two girls were so scared of the water and the whole staff, from the coaches to the people behind the counter, have gone above and beyond to make my kids love the water and most importantly be safe in the water. Any issues are quickly handled. It is easy to schedule makeup classes. The instructors are well trained.

The classes are very structured and always on time. I don’t care too much for the progress report at the end because we get a progress card online. The instructors are friendly. We love Miss Abigail. She is patient and caring.
