Fantastic classes and coaches with low ratios. A calm environment for the children to learn an important life skill. My only recommendation would be to phase out the offer of lollipops. They are an unhealthy choking hazard which, in my opinion, does not align well with a swim school where you go for health and safety. Overall, we love Aquatots and recommend it to our friends and family.

They are amazing! The service is great from the moment you walk into the door! The instructors are amazing and really care about the kids! They always go above and beyond to help. The place is clean and organized!

Teachers are so great - kind, caring, compassionate, fun! My only comment is that it can be hard for the littler kids to have different teachers as it can take time to build up trust but I understand things happen. Overall it’s been great!

We value the flexibility with scheduling, the instructors have been AMAZING, the amenities available for both parents + children are really convenient and thoughtful, and our daughter actually enjoys + looks forward to swimming lessons (this means more to us than anything else!)

I enjoy the front end staff, as well as the swim instructors. I enjoy that the classes are targeted at teaching safe swim boundaries in the water. The pool and facility is always very clean and being cleaned regularly.

We are really pleased with aqua tots Orleans location! Our son really enjoys all of his classes and looks forward to his weekly lesson. Jen has ensured our time at the school has been nothing short of an excellent experience. She is welcoming, professional and always has an answer to any question. We really appreciate all of the things she does. My son has especially enjoyed his classes with Jayden, Sydney and Jake. Each has shown a high level of care and enthusiasm in their roles.

We can’t say enough good things about Aqua Tots! Our daughter went from being very nervous about going in the water to swimming lesson day being the highlight of her week. The instructors are incredible patient and kind, and the staff are so helpful. We love Aqua Tots!

Aqua-tots has phenomenal coaches who are able to meet the needs of each individual kid with where they are in their swim journey. My daughter went from crying before and during the lesson and never wanting to put her head underwater to now being very excited for her weekly swim lesson and completely comfortable in water.

My son has been in private lessons for eight months with Aqua-Tots Orleans, and we’re finally seeing progress in his swimming skills! (This is after *years* of small group and private lessons through the city and other private swim schools.) Coach Xander takes the time to focus on the skills my son needs to be a safe swimmer. There is no set agenda; there is no ignoring a skill that my child struggles with. Xander keeps working with him until my son excels at—and enjoys!—each skill he needs. Xander updates me after each class, and I’m able to follow my child’s progress via the Aqua-tots app, so I always know what they’re focusing on. I would recommend Aqua-tots to any parent, and particularly to parents whose children have struggled in other programs.
