I think the swim instructors are great. They are always in a great mood and really work on explaining to my son and to me what hes doing and where he is. The front desk has always been really great and really nice and helpful. I would like to say that my phone picks up the Otay Ranch phone number as spam, so they cannot get through to my phone if they called. Also, they can't email? Which is not convenient.

Really good instructors. The swiming school has a variety of classes available.

Their method is proven to develop capable and smart swimmers. There are not enough kind words to describe the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the deck supervisors are kind and energetic!

All the staff are great and friendly. Coaches are knowledgeable on what they teach to the kids. The facility is clean and organized.

The app and the ability to reschedule if necessary. The instructor is knowledgeable and nice (not all of them are though). The installations are mostly clean. I wish there were bigger lockers for those kids that still need parents to help them get dressed. The temperature of the pool and the pool room are good.

The instructors are all very friendly and helpful. Instructors S’nya, Jared and Maya are wonderful at explaining directions and providing excellent feedback after lessons are over. I would definitely recommend aqua tots otay ranch to any parent who wants their child to learn how to swim.
