Amazing coaches and my child LOVES it and does so well

My son Alejandro has been with Aqua-Tots for 5 years and his one on one instructor Arleth has been above and beyond awesome with teaching him how to swim. We cannot be more happier with all she has taught him and more so given him the patience and understanding on how he may learn different but he has become a better swimmer because of her. Also thanking the whole team for always accommodating to the tough days and still making it happen. Thank you.

My daughter has been doing the swimming with the otay family since June 2024 and she has been improving with her swimming. I am very grateful and thankful for her coach and to all the staffs who have been there if I do have any questions or concerns. Thank you so much!

Love the staff and continuity of the instruction. The ladies at the front desk are very competent, helpful and friendly. My grandkids love coming there.

I gave Aqua-Tots a 10 because of the outstanding instructors, the welcoming atmosphere, and the noticeable progress my child has made in swimming. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional, making every lesson a great experience. I appreciate their focus on safety and building confidence in the water. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Aqua-Tots!

Because it's a fun environment for the kids and its a great place for them to learn how to swim. The only thing I am not so convinced about is on how record is kept for for them to be able to graduate or jump to the next level. I was told that the instructor must see a consecutive 3 repletion's of them completing something before they are actually given the star. I have my kids in 2 different schools and therefore they never see the same coach especially when they have to attend a different time due to our schedule changes. I would suggest that if the coach sees that the student was able to complete it to mark it and have the system count 3 marks before their card is actually marked. Also I would have schools share notes and achievements for students attending different schools.

Been taking my kid for 4 years and coaches are great with kids. The price has increased twice per year and we need to keep up with the price like for example the keep up/maintenance of the pool and the showers can’t be used because it doesn’t have warm/hot water.
