Coach Alyssa is absolutely amazing. She is always patient, kind, and consistent with my daughter. Everyone from the front desk to the deck supervisors have been nothing but friendly and welcoming every time we go in. My daughter has special needs and has thrived with Coach Alyssa and the Aqua Tots SNAP program!

The facility is clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the classes are small with knowledgeable instructors. My granddaughter went from crying and afraid through the entire lesson to be excited to be there and excell in a matter of a few lessons. Overall we are VERY satisfied with entire experience and are going to continue to come.

I gave this score because as much as I want my son to level up quickly his instructors are hard on him with his stars and continue to push him. This is excellent because they care about the skills and improvement of my child. I love that the instructors don’t just move along with my child they are strict because they truly care about his swim safety and overall journey.

My children have had the best instructors! They are patient and making learning to swim fun. They are also very attentive to each student in the water.
The front desk employees are always smiling and very helpful. Even when I’ve had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. They are never rude or impatient.
The location we attend is clean.
