The instructors at Aqua-Tots Swim School in Plano are very caring and have a good curriculum for the students at their level. The facilities are clean and inviting. Parents and grandparents are welcome to stay and watch the students. Activities to celebrate holidays are provided for socialization which helps the students get to know each other as well as parents. I would highly recommend Aqua-Tots Swim School to other parents for beginner swimmers.

The entire staff is great! The office staff is friendly, kind, greets your kids by name, help resolve any issues, and even entertain my kids while the other kid is in their class. The coaches are great at challenging the kids to get better at their skills and also communicating with the parents. Best school! I have been apart of other Aqua Tots school's and this one far exceeds my previous experience.

we've been in Aqua-Tots Plano since 2018. Although the coaches change too frequently, management always improve the quality of the lessons and customer service they provide. I like the email communication sent to me are few and related only to my children's lesson/progress. The wait time for calling them is short and they are prompt in returning missed calls. I also greatly appreciate the accommodations provided to us whenever there's a need to change my boys' schedule. But, most of all, I appreciate they listen well and quickly respond to a client's concern. Please keep up the good work!
