We love Aqua-Tots!

We've enjoyed our time at Aqua Tots and are happy with our decision to commit to weekly swim classes. We have enjoyed most of the instructors (Caroline and I took someone on Wednesday at 10 AM on June 25 who was incredible - they were our favorites) but there is one instructor that we don't seem to align with. I believe her name is Alyssa (I can't remember) but she had red-ish hair. It feels like she doesn't want to be there and almost rushes through our class each time we are with her. I'd love to be enrolled in a class that is not with her and often find myself canceling out/rescheduling if I notice she is the instructor. Overall, our experience has been great. Thanks for listening!

We love the school, but hate how often you guys close for full weeks. I understand maybe a weekend, but a full week for spring break or other holidays is too much. Also wish we could see more consistency with out coaches instead of constantly having to switch.

We’ve had the best experience with Aqua-Tots!! Our child loves the coaches and thrives in the water! When we need to work on areas, they give us useful tools to help with improvements. The scheduling in the app allows me to pick up and cancel classes easily. Every single coach has been patient and kind. The office staff are sweet and thoughtful! The facility is clean and well-kept.

We love the vibe of the aqua tot’s crew. They are the best! And the place is clean and spacious, my daughter is thriving in there and it is so nice to see it, we are so happy with the swimming lessons.

Great attitude from the coaches and staff. They are all so patient and kind to our son and he is growing to be a very confident swimmer. We always get excellent feedback and action items after each class and we are grateful for the effort that goes into teaching the classes. In addition, we are impressed by the professionalism from the team as well as the follow-through and flexibility whenever we need it. You all are awesome!
