While I believe all of the teachers are excellent, I wanted to explain why I did not provide a perfect rating. I have noticed that when certain children require significant extra attention due to crying or other impairments, it can occasionally detract from the instructional time for the rest of the class. In these instances, I would suggest that those children be briefly pulled aside by another teacher or returned to their parents so that the disruption to the class is minimized. Thank you,

I have 4 kids, so the idea of figuring out swim lessons was daunting. The staff were so nice and helpful and patient with us. We found time in the schedule with overlap and they went above and beyond to find a spot that worked for us. Every time we go my kids are so excited and everyone is so nice and welcoming! The coaches have great feedback and do a great job. I was really worried my kids would hate it because they don’t even like getting water on their face during shower time, but they look forward to their lessons each week. So glad we joined!

We feel welcome from the minute we arrive! The staff welcomes us by name and the teachers are great with the kids. They explain things well and my swimmer is improving her skills and having fun.

The atmosphere has been so warm and friendly and everyone we've encountered has been amazingly kind and patient with the kids. We appreciate all the smiling faces and encouragement as we get our 3 year old used to swim lessons!
