All the staff are so kind. Instructors are really patient with my kids and encouraging. They dont pull my kid when he starts crying but calm him down and teach him its okay and how to move through his scared.

Our child has grown so confident in her skills. We are very comfortable with her being around water. As she progresses to each new level (currently in level 5), I do wish there were more class options during the week. Because I have a variable schedule, I am often changing her classes and it is sometimes hard to find an open class to sign up for.

We love the staff and it’s a great program. Our son has learned a lot and we’re more confident with him in a pool. Coach Dylan and Xander are amazing and we really enjoy working with them. The other coaches are great too.

First of all, it’s rare now a days to go into a business and it is spotless clean. I’ve been blown away by how clean it is every single time I take my son to his lesson. Next, the staff. I have been so impressed with their kindness, positivity and enthusiasm. They are a gem of a team. Dylan and Antonio make you feel so welcome and they interact so special and sweet with my two boys. Again now a days I find it incredibly rare to be impressed with any business and I have to say I am completely blown away with this one. Thank you for hiring competent and knowledgeable staff members. I am very thankful for the rim aqua tots experience.

All instructors have been kind and extremely patient when working with my kids (one is 3 in level 3 and my youngest is in the level 1 class). My oldest orginally wanted nothing to do with the pool but thanks to her instructors she now loves it.
