Everyone is so kind and friendly at this location. The staff also seem to genuinely enjoy each other and the owner is always present and engaged with the classes. I appreciate how hands on he is.

Great swim campus. Missing showers like at Houston Swim Club which would make it so much easier to shower kids (clothed) right after lessons. Make-up lessons only available to active accounts is difficult for families to catch up on. Perhaps a partial active is a better compromise. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Everything is great! One thing I’d like to see different is that the coaches don’t spend some much time in the water doing the same things or at times just talking to the kids. There have been times where my child was the only kid in the class and the coach would just look around or let him play in the water. Also, when the coaches change, they don’t get to known each kid and their needs so it doesn’t allow room for relationship building.

I love the way the coaches treat my children. I love that they give personalized feedback to the parents after each lesson. The manager is amazing! She is super friendly and strives to meet your needs as best she can.

I originally was taking my son to the ymca swim lessons even though it is cheaper, here I feel like the engagement for my son is great! He’s getting comfortable, he’s learning and he enjoys it!
