They staff have the patience of saints! There could be one or several of the kids crying & they handle it so smoothly. I have seen kids fall off the pool bench while the instructor is teaching another student & without any panic they swiftly place the child right back on the bench without disrupting the lesson at all. They are encouraging, kind & push the kids just enough for them to realize that they can do it. My son is extremely clingy & I was so worried for when he moved to level 3 & wouldn’t have me in there with him. The first class started off rough but since then, he walks in by himself & has advanced so fast in just 4 classes. He’s excited to go to his classes.

The facility is clean and well taken care of and the staff is always so friendly. The swim instructors have been so kind and helpful! Our baby loves it here!

Instructors are safe, positive, consistent. Flexibility with scheduling is great, easy to schedule make ups. The facility is hospitable, chairs are comfy, easy to watch the kids and wait with other kids.

My son loves the instructors. He would stay in the pool with them for hours if he could. He is typically pretty shy with new faces and tends to be very cautious, yet he feels very comfortable and safe with them. They have gotten him to really step out of his comfort zone. Both Jaeda and Noah have been amazing!
