So far we have experienced great coaches, increase in our swimmer's skill set, and love the flexibility of make-up classes. The personal feedback from each session is also very helpful. Not all swim lessons offer that.

Instructor level 3 Monday 6:45 class. Instructors and class structure better than other swim schools.

The overall instruction has given my grandson confidence. The small class size and cleanliness of the facility. I did have some concerns with his last lesson as I felt the instructor was unable to devote attention to my grandson and another classmate due to a child in the class that truly was not at the level, crying-lots of persuasion by the instructor which took away from the focus of the two other students. This was a first time with this instructor and it gave me cause for concern.

We are very happy with aqua tots. However, it would be better if make up lessons that were scheduled but then had to be canceled were put back on our account. Things come up last minute, kids get sick, etc., I do not understand why you lose a make up you can't attend once you've scheduled it. Additionally, I recommend giving a referral benefit anytime, and not only if a friend signs up during a specific month.

All the instructors and staff are great to work with! I have two autistic children and they have worked wonderfully with them, making accommodations as needed, to really improve both of their skills!
