We’ve had a wonderful experience with the swim school. The facility is always clean, organized, and very well maintained. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit pleasant. Most importantly, Coach Kate has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She is extremely patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in teaching her students. My daughter looks forward to every class and truly enjoys learning from her. Coach Kate creates a positive and encouraging environment, and it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. We’re very grateful for her dedication and excellent coaching.

I gave this score because the school consistently goes above and beyond. The staff is kind, professional, and great with the kids, and the instructors do a wonderful job creating a supportive environment. I especially want to recognize Christine, the Level 3 teacher. Our younger daughter, who also takes classes here along with our older child, has recently developed a fear of deep water and had a meltdown before class. Christine handled the situation with patience, tenderness, and genuine care. She did everything she could to calm our daughter, build her confidence, and help her get comfortable enough to at least try the ring grab/deep dive activity. A big thank you to Christine for her kindness and for going above and beyond for our daughter. It really meant a lot to us.

The staff is very welcoming and professional. The trained swim coaches work very well with the kids and through challenges. The school keeps parents informed of progress and offers encouragement for improvement. The facility is very clean with plenty of space even during the busiest hours. Our kids love coming to swim lessons!

My 3rd gdchild is currently enrolled in swim class in Aqua-Tots Sterling Heights. Have been very satisfied with instruction provided by swim instructors. Each gdchild has enjoyed going to swim class. The instructors are patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The team members at the desk are always kind, informative and professional as well. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots Sterling Heights.

It is not just about swim lessons at Aqua Tots, they also allow us to play in the pool after the lesson. Kids having fun in the water is as important to me as learning to swim. My grandkids have learned to swim and love the water because of Aqua Tots. The water is a great temperature so we stay warm while we play in the pool.

My son loves Miss. Olivia! She pushes him to do more because she knows he can. He has learned so much in the 1.5 months he’s been going. I love seeing his progress grow on the app. It’s a clean facility and the water is warm!

I love this swim school. The people at the front desk are kind, especially Jennifer. She always greets my children by name when she is at the desk. She is always smiling and putting the customer first. I also love how this swim school takes feedback from customers seriously. I have left actionable feedback in the past - and the school actually listened and took steps to implement that feedback and address my concerns. I think that is the pinnacle of putting the customer first. Moreover, I really like my daughter's instructors. Victoria has Kate for her Level 8 class - and Victoria absolutely loves her. Kate is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff - my wife and I were just complimenting on how well Victoria has learned the advanced material. Victoria now swims much better than both my wife and I combined - and we're not bad swimmers ;) Katya just started swimming - but she loves going to class. Her instructors have been kind and helpful and understanding - which are the most important traits to have for a teacher for a three-year-old. Thank you Aqua-Tots Sterling Heights for being such a great place. No real process improvements or actionable feedback at this time. Keep doing what you're doing and stay the best ! :)

I gave Aqua Tots a 10 for several reasons. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff and instructors is astounding. The staff insures that the needs of the customer is their number one priority. The staff keeps the parents happy and are accommodating when it comes to providing flexibility to the customer. The swim instructors are goal oriented, yet they are able to address the individual levels for most of the students using differentiated methods of learning. I love that the instructors provide immediate feedback on the learner’s progress. This allows the parent to recognize what their child needs to focus on outside of Aqua Tots OR when they show up for class. Aqua TOTs has a solid swim program that is challenging for my kiddo and she loves to come to swim class.

We find the semi private much more effective and the girls are learning more. Also, Ashlyn is awesome with them and communicates their progress after each lesson.
