My son loves Miss. Olivia! She pushes him to do more because she knows he can. He has learned so much in the 1.5 months he’s been going. I love seeing his progress grow on the app. It’s a clean facility and the water is warm!

I love this swim school. The people at the front desk are kind, especially Jennifer. She always greets my children by name when she is at the desk. She is always smiling and putting the customer first. I also love how this swim school takes feedback from customers seriously. I have left actionable feedback in the past - and the school actually listened and took steps to implement that feedback and address my concerns. I think that is the pinnacle of putting the customer first. Moreover, I really like my daughter's instructors. Victoria has Kate for her Level 8 class - and Victoria absolutely loves her. Kate is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff - my wife and I were just complimenting on how well Victoria has learned the advanced material. Victoria now swims much better than both my wife and I combined - and we're not bad swimmers ;) Katya just started swimming - but she loves going to class. Her instructors have been kind and helpful and understanding - which are the most important traits to have for a teacher for a three-year-old. Thank you Aqua-Tots Sterling Heights for being such a great place. No real process improvements or actionable feedback at this time. Keep doing what you're doing and stay the best ! :)

My grandson looks forward to swim class every Week. He loves coach Christian and says he makes learning to swim fun. All the staff are very friendly.

I gave Aqua Tots a 10 for several reasons. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff and instructors is astounding. The staff insures that the needs of the customer is their number one priority. The staff keeps the parents happy and are accommodating when it comes to providing flexibility to the customer. The swim instructors are goal oriented, yet they are able to address the individual levels for most of the students using differentiated methods of learning. I love that the instructors provide immediate feedback on the learner’s progress. This allows the parent to recognize what their child needs to focus on outside of Aqua Tots OR when they show up for class. Aqua TOTs has a solid swim program that is challenging for my kiddo and she loves to come to swim class.

We find the semi private much more effective and the girls are learning more. Also, Ashlyn is awesome with them and communicates their progress after each lesson.

My grandson is loving his swim classes. He has ADHD, and we've tried so many sports and exercise programs, but the swimming lessons is what he loves. The instructors have patience and knowledge of what they're teaching. Aqua-Tots is wonderful

I am now taking my 3d gdchild to Aqua-Tots of Sterling Heights. Each of the instructors for all of their classes have been, and are, excellent. Patient. Knowledgeable. Informative. The staff at the front desk too, are always friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots of Sterling Heights.
