Communication is very clear. If a lesson is canceled they call you right away. I'm able to observe the lesson without being a distraction. Staff are all very respectful and polite. Thr environment is also very kid friendly

The coaches are great and involved with the swim activities. The exercises for toddlers are a slow introduction to swimming and my daughter picks it up well. Some improvement suggestions 1. Allow app to be signed in instead of signing in every time 2. Add a clock to the wall of the location at Sterling Heights, MI. There is no indication of time because parents of toddlers have to enter the pool and all their belongings are locked up. 3. Make the door callouts from the coaches consistent. If a coach is supposed to be at #1 then don't call out the class at door #2 because sometimes we cannot hear as we are far and there are people around.

The Sterling Heights team has gone above and beyond the last 7+ months we’ve been with them. It hasn’t been easy having 3 kids in lessons, especially needing back to back in different levels, but they’ve always gone out of their way to accommodate us. Their communication is always prompt and they have always been kind and professional. We are very pleased with our experience thus far!

It starts with the staff at the front desk. Courteous. Friendly. Professional. Then on to the swim instructors. I am now bringing our third grandchild. Every instructor each grandchild has had, and now has, is great. Knowledgeable. Positive. Encouraging. Patient. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots swim school of Sterling Heights [Hayes at Hall Rd].

My daughter loves the coaches and she progressed very quickly to the next level. Aqua Tots also has the most reasonable pricing out there. Great Job!! Thank you for making my daughters experience an enjoyable one. 🙂

My grandson and I have both been swimming here. He is in Level 4 and then we play in the pool after. My older grandson took lessons at Goldfish but there is no longer open swim like there was before COVID. We need the open swim so he can just have fun and play in the water after he learns safety.

Classes are well run with no down time. My daughter is being pushed to progress. I can see gains and I feel that I am getting a good value for my money.
