My grandson and I have both been swimming here. He is in Level 4 and then we play in the pool after. My older grandson took lessons at Goldfish but there is no longer open swim like there was before COVID. We need the open swim so he can just have fun and play in the water after he learns safety.
Classes are well run with no down time. My daughter is being pushed to progress. I can see gains and I feel that I am getting a good value for my money.
I like how the girl at the front desk (Jennifer) knows Victoria's name (my daughter) and greets her every time we come for class.
I like how the deck supervisors used to take kids out of class to check and verify their progress (unfortunately, I haven't seen this happen in months).
I liked the scorecard system, it was easy to follow.
Everyone in the swim school is amazing!! The swim instructors are highly knowledgeable and kind. They treat my kids very well and are so sweet to them!! My kids have learned so much from them!!
Excellent staff. Excellent customer service. Excellent environment for the kids to learn how to swim. I love this place. My son started as beginner and he is now in level 8. He likes all his instructors .
The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the students. It has gotten way better than my son’s first day, thanks to coach Cai, now he loves going to his lessons. Highly recommend
We love our coaches Emma and Alyssa! Our daughter had a skill explosion over the weekend where she was able to grab the ring from the bottom of the pool twice and kicked in an open noodle for the first time. We are very happy with the support and leadership during our class time.
My granddaughter was afraid of the water. Since her lessons began, she has become more confident and enjoys the water immensely. The teacher is incredibly patient and encouraging and makes my granddaughter love the water.
We love this swim school! The only thing I would change is the class sizes. I think having 4 young children in a class does not give them enough time to actually swim. When children are missing from class and there are only 2 or 3 in class, it is great!
