New family. We are a few classes in and I have to say congratulations to this facility. You run an efficient, effective and inviting school. I love bringing my kids here and they love the instructors. There's really not a bad one. And the staff up front are excellent helpers, and not just clerically, but they help out with the pool area and clean-up too. I've had brief interaction with the manager and she has done a great job selecting her staff. The young lady that initially helped me over the phone was 17 and I didn't know it. Conduct and character of the staff has made this an excellent place to bring my kids to learn how to swim. I love the app and progression skills! Coach Braylee is amazing! My only suggestion is that other coaches make sure they are loud enough for us to hear. Sometimes, when we do a make up class, there are multiple classes and it can get loud in there.

You're providing a great valuable service. The facility is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is one thing that can be improved though. The instructor for my son's class changes often. I think it would be better if the instructor was more consistent. We've been attending class every Sunday and it seems like he rarely has the same instructor two weeks in a row.
