Both our girls went through the program. While there is high turnover, Sierrra and her team does an excellent job and driving consistency in the lessons. I appreciate that in the past when I’ve given feedback it was acted upon quickly to help the teacher become a better teacher. My kids enjoy attending and have learned a lot.

i've been taking my kids for quite a few years and take a break for a few months every year and they always look so forward to restarting them every spring. They really enjoy lessons.

Almost all the coaches are nice and thorough in teaching my child. I love how friendly and personable Sierra is. The front desk people are very welcoming as well. The facility is always clean.

We've been taking our daughter since 10 months. In the past 8 months she had learned so much and become more confident with water. While all instructors have been great, special shout out to coach Alison & Madyson. They've been her ongoing teachers (outside of makeups) and have been so helpful!

Our family is blessed with the friendly staffs who treat us like family for the past 9 years. all three of my children are lucky to have such wonderful instructors and staffs that they became attached to since they were no more than a toddler!

We love how convenient it is to our home. We love that the app is so easy to use. The only thing I would say is that some teachers are much better than others, but that would be anywhere. Also, it would be nice if there were some showers so kids could actually clean with soap afterwards so parents could skip bath and put kids right into pajamas for bed. Otherwise, definitely recommend!

Overall great experience, mixed coach strength. We are very happy with Jamison at Troy MI location. He is great and our daughter is excelling now. The location is a little well worn and could use some updates and a deep clean
