Extremely professional instructors but one of my best instructor is Anthony who teach my daughter with zero to level 4 he is extremly calm polite and friendly instructor my daughter love to be in his class but now unfortunately her intructor got changed she is very very upset with this but its fine.. otherwise all good keep it up

My son really loves doing every week! The teachers we've had so far have been really good with him and I love the flexibility of rescheduling when you miss a class and that the missed classes don't expire. Huge bonus since kids are so unpredictable. We plan on continuing for years at Aqua-tots!

Flexibility is the key here. All other swim schools that we have visited haven't given us flexibility or grace when our little ones get sick. The app is great! It nice to be able to cancel and schedule with the app. We have seen steady progress with our 1x/week classes. And I can imagine the potential progress of going more frequently. Whenever we need to schedule a make up, we never have an issue finding a class. Our son loves Coach Parker, Coach Kennedy, and Coach Victor.

The instructors are friendly and active all time. They engage the kids very well in the given time.

The manager Coach Maura has done a great job of listening to customer's concern and is doing wonderful at improving some of the issues. For example, she always informs or gives me a heads up ahead of time of any upcoming changes for my sons' classes and try to accommodate so that we don't get surprised or scrambling to find another class. This used to be one of the big problems at this location. But I'm happy to say ever since she took over, she's done a tremendous job managing this location.
