My daughter was sick and missed months.when we returned the location has been updated.good to see more new faces with full of energy. The manager there ,was very helpful, sweet and addressed my concern .just hoping to get more classes available with female instructors. Highly recommend this place .Thanku
We love the school.
I would like to see more options for using our make ups. For example, more evening class times Monday-Thursday where we could add on a second class back to back with our current, or go a second evening of the week. We have Sao many make ups and I can’t seem to find a time to use them since management changed. We used to have more available classes to switch to or add on. Another option could be the ability to use make up credits to sign up for special classes, camps, or 1 on 1 lessons (even if that means using a couple make ups for that class). I’ve heard of summer camps where it’s every day of the week or swim club activities - it would be great to just allow us to use our make ups for additional opportunities to swim. Or even if we could get a month free occasionally to use them up! All the ones we have now never expire (because they were from when Aqua-tots had to cancel our lesson on their side). We have 27 for each kid!
Warm pool. Consistent lesson format/expectations. The coaches are always making the kids smile and seem to know the tricks to help them move forward even when scared. Communication is very strong. The one point docked is for lots of last minute instructor changes.
It actually worked - it taught my kids to not fear the water, or going underwater, and then to swim. And the times were very available and there are makeups which are easy to schedule. Pretty overall great!
I like the methodology of the classes.. not using swim aids right away as a way to learn how to swim.. my daughter did get attached to coach Abby and it's been a little hard to get her to want to go to a different coach..
