Where do I start? The front desk staff is always so friendly. The classes are so well organized. The instructors are always right on time and do a great job with the kids. I love being able to track our kiddos progress in the app as it’s updated by the instructors. It’s so easy to reschedule in the app if needed and there’s a really great amount of classes to find a time that works for us. The swim school is also kept very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their kids into swimming lessons.
Every [LAST NAME REMOVED] we’ve met along the way has been so friendly and accommodating; it feels like a very happy place to work and for sure for us to learn how to swim!
The coaches really care and want to help your child understand and explain how important swim lessons are. They are great at communicating what needs to be corrected. They care about your child.
We love the staff! As soon as we walk in we are greeted with friendly smiles and they know my son’s name. There is one lifeguard who is so sweet with all the kids and goes around and says hi and gives the kids high fives. My son’s coach, Miss Bella, is wonderful. She has so much patience. She makes safety a priority. My son talks about Miss Bella at home and tells me he wants to go swimming with her every single day since we started. My son only goes once a week but I’ve seen him improve every session. Overall, we are very happy!
Aqua Tots is so wonderful. The staff is so kind, and friendly, and above all else, they really care about the children and their safety and growth in the pool. My kids have advanced in his a few weeks in terms of swimming skills and also maturity and listening skills. The facility is super clean, so well maintained, and a pleasure to be in. So grateful to have signed my kids up, we love it here!
We’ve had great experiences with all of the coaches and staff. Our son loves attending swim lessons there. The only thing I’d like to say as a parent of a younger swimmer is that I feel like the double swim diaper rule needs to be more strictly enforced before there’s an incident at the pool. Just being around level 2 and 3 swimmers often with my son, it seems like a lot of parents use only one swim diaper, either because they don’t know of the rule or the coaches (mostly being young) are nervous about enforcing the rule.
We love aqua tots! We have had my daughter in classes since 8 months old and she will be 3 soon. We plan to do the same for our son! It’s an incredible school with the kindest and most amazing instructor!
