We love the program/levels and are happy with the progress our son has made over the years. We have been impressed with the instructors- especially more recently. Our favorite staff members are Liam, Katelyn, and Nikki.

My son has been swimming at AquaKids for years. We love Coach Liam! He is a good instructor and smiles and engages with the kids. Nicki is good, too. It seems many of the other coaches don't smile much or enjoy their jobs, and some push the kids to do too many laps at once (which could be dangerous if they don't have the stamina). We will keep swimming at AquaKids as long as we can get great coaches like Coach Liam. He is truly the best, and we're thankful for his positive attitude with the kiddos! I also like that the students are measured against pre-defined skills and move up the levels accordingly. When doing a class transfer on the app, I wish it would show the Coach's name for the class instead of "Group 1", etc. You have to go look back at classes another way to find the coach's name. Thanks for hearing my feedback!

Staff has always been helpful, cheerful and invested in the kids and their journey. Liam connects well with my kids and navigates misbehavior in his class well. My kids are progressing well and have a great relationship with water and swimming. The only challenge has been scheduling makeups.

We like the skills progression at each level. Coach Liam is our favorite coach - personable, fun, and helpful with the swimming skills. Nikki is great, as well.

We love the swim program and the instructors. Would love more make up class options and the ability to put membership on hold during busy seasons in life (around travel, illness, surgeries, etc).

Liam has been a great instructor for my kids. He's been interactive and age appropriate. My son struggles with paying attention and listening in class and Liam has been working with him to improve. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
