We were a little sad when our previous teacher transitioned away (however we rate l are so glad she got promoted!) but the new teacher is great with our kid and she's making great progress. One suggestion is the instructor name.. I never know it lol the class listing has said Jay forever and I know the female teacher was not Jay. Otherwise we love swim class!

10 minutes a month are not going in swimming because of the feedback session with instructor where our kids swim and parents watch. Please find alternate way to share monthly feedback with parents. 10 minutes is way too much to waste in a 30-min swim session. Also, with the feedback provided i can not do much about it as I rely solely on instructors for swim lessons.

The coaches we’ve encountered were so attentive and enthusiastic about teaching! They show genuine interest in my daughter’s swimming progress! I switched to FAC at one point and totally regret that so I decided to come back again! Keep up your great work!
