While travelling, Aquamaid and thier team did a great jopb of maintaining our pool. I recieved weekly updates and notifications from the pool tech if anything needed my attention. When an issue did occur with the pool pump, the tech performing weekly maintenance opened a service request with the service team The service tech Kelby and the service manager, Brandon made sure my repair was completed in timley manner.

Very good service, but occasionally they charge when they should not. For example, a new guy did not know how to access the pool but still charged me for the service, which was not performed.
