The staff is amazing!

The front staff was very helpful. They greet you right when you walk in and when you leave. Everyone seems to have a smile on and are ready to help. The swim instructor, Minka, was patient with my daughter and helped my daughter overcome her shyness on the first class with no tears! Thank you!

We really appreciate the flexible make up policy!! Thank you for listening to feedback. It’s very easy to navigate and that’s also helpful. We also appreciate the cleanliness and friendly nature of coaches. Our only piece of feedback is instructor turn over with our toddler. It’s hard to tell if we are progressing in skills and what we can be doing about that. It’s not clear what needs to be achieved for the “next level”.

The staff at SafeSplash swim school are great! The curriculum and coaches are engaging and keep my child excited for their lesson each week. The management team always does their best to accommodate our family when we are in need. I appreciate their dedication to the community and safety of the children in their care. As always, we are grateful to have such skilled individuals who enjoy what they do, as a part of my child’s care team.

Small class size, lots of one on one time with instructor. Instructor is very friendly and great with kids, has a very reassuring and confident presence. I really like how all the students in the class are expected to do the same exercises and activity regardless of age or ability; instructor shows how to modify for age and skill level; makes it feel like a fun group activity. Faculties are very nice and clean.
