I am so so happy with SafeSplash now that Mikaela moved Reagan into Hailey's class. Mikaela did everything she could to better our experience and she absolutely hit the mark! Hailey is an absolute MAGICIAN with Reagan and being able to so quickly make Reagan comfortable and teaching her swimming fundamentals the way she does. Reagan is weary of other adults but all she would say after each class with Hailey is "fun teacher", "I like teacher". I am incredibly impressed by Hailey's skills being a swim teacher so we are now so so happy having Reagan at SafeSplash because of Hailey. I just want to also thank Mikaela for hearing my initial concerns and fixing it right away. Without her having placed Reagan with Hailey I can confidently say we would have left SafeSplash.

Experience has been great, however, we were offered a $30 gift card, valid for new members only, after we had already signed up. It would be wonderful to receive the $30 credit on our account since we singed up on the spot after our trial lesson.

Instructors are on point and immediately are correcting the stroke or body position etc of our son in the water. Good ratio of teachers and students. They do a lot in 30 minutes Our son’s Swimming technique has been improving and he enjoys all of it. We are snowbirds from Canada and we can book a series of lessons for the couple weeks we are here and it’s a good “instant swim camp” for our son on holidays here in Arizona.

I like the curriculum and the coaches. I do prefer the semi private lessons because the classes with 4 kids doesn't give your child enough time to learn.

The swim lessons are to the point. The 30 minutes are used very well. Lessons are always on time and the teachers are always ready for the students. The kids are swimming, a majority of the time, and the coaches are adjusting their arms and legs and so forth to encourage the learning of proper swimming technique. To put a contrast on it, we do Red Cross swimming lessons in Canada, they are good also, let’s say, but they often spend 10 minutes playing games. “if you like marshmallows jump in the water if you like broccoli jump in the water.” And these are fine for younger kids I suppose but I think too much time is spent not swimming and with maybe volunteer your coaches that are not on point. I think they are rarely adjusting the kids, arms and legs at the Red Cross lessons in Canada. In summary, we can see a big difference in the swimming lessons done privately in the USA as compared to the cities Red Cross program in our city in Canada

I have been a long-time patron of this establishment, and despite the changes that have occurred over the years, my children have not been adversely affected. They look forward to their weekly visits, and I have observed significant improvement in their skills. The current coach, Marco, who works with my youngest child, has been exceptional. Additionally, the desk staff, coaches, and management consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills, listening attentively and accommodating our needs whenever necessary. We will continue to support, refer others, and provide positive feedback.

SafeSplash swimming schooll is a fantastic place to learn! Tina, the manager, is so friendly and helpful. The staff and coaches are well-trained and very professional. They teach excellent techniques that make learning easy. The coaches are patient and focus on helping you improve quickly. With their guidance, you can learn to swim in no time. The pool is clean, and the environment is safe. Everyone is supportive, making it a comfortable place to practice. I highly recommend this pool for anyone looking to learn or improve their swimming skills.

Our coach, Coach Amiel, is amazing and makes sure we have a great, positive experience with each lesson with our young daughter! He works with her one-on-one and works with us as parents to learn ways to help her learn safe swim/pool practices that we can also practice at our own pool. The entire staff is friendly and the pool and locker rooms are clean. We appreciate the timeliness of the classes (always start on time, always out on time) and the smoothness with billing.
