Mark is a careful and active listener. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions as he walked us through buying our first recumbent trike and adding a motor. We've been very pleased with the trike and the service we got at Arlington Velo Sport.

The folks at Arlington Velo are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there to get a service on my ratty bike and under inspection the rims were found to be worn to the point of not being safe anymore. The bike itself was not worth putting any money into it, which was not a surprise to me. Like I said, its a pretty ratty bike I bought for cheap to see if I even wanted to start biking again. We were able to find a much improved bike at a price point that fits my budget and will last and be safe for years to come. I always feel like I learn something. I like supporting small business as I get the best service. They also have a pretty good selection of gear for a small shop. Thanks for getting me safely back on the trails!

The owner, I believe his name is Mark, was super knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Arlington Velo has great products in store and Mark was doing whatever he could to give a discount. Greatly appreciate his customer service.

We were immediately greeted by a very friendly sales team. Mark was the name of the associate who assisted us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got us on our way with the rental bike. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Was very impressed with time spent with me by both individuals at shop. Went in the shop to look at a specific bike and I was met at the door and greeted in a very friendly manner. I was shown the bike and was helped measuring out the bike and any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. Very much liked my experience.

The owner and staff member(?) were both extremely polite and very friendly like you were a part of their immediate family. The owner after examining the quad for what was wrong proceeded to explain the problem in detail to me. He then proceeded to fix the problem and kept me informed of what he was doing at the time. When the weather is a little warmer I will take it for some short spins around town and then go on some longer rides. If all goes well I will be able to take the Burke/Gillman trail down to Seattle and Golden Gardens and then some longer trips. And by the way, the price seemed very fair and with their fine company and excellent care of my quad it made a day a pleasure for me. Thanks, Greg
