Service function is very customer friendly would recommend to anyone needing help with their bike repairs. Had to get a tire tube replaced on Labor Day and no problem getting it done for me. Could not find any other shops in the area that would help me on a holiday. Big thumbs up to Chistopher who got it done.

Christopher was kind, thorough and knowledgeable -our long neglected (read no bike rides for years!) are tuned up - cleaned up and ready to ride just as he promised. Servic dept is knowlegeable and providrs good asdistance. The showroom seems to not be stocked with as many new bicycles as they used to be. I also notice a much higher focus on electric bikes. I prefer strictly human powered bicycles.
