Very pleasant to work with. I had a great experience from start to finish without any signs of feeling rushed. Was able to ensure the bike ergonomically fit and take on a test ride. Mike was awesome. Will return if I’m ever in the area again.

Mark did an excellent job tuning up my new Terra Trike Charge recumbent even including his taking a test ride. The tune up was included in the price of the trike, which was a nice add on, He also gave us a good deal on an upgraded attachable carrier we will use for taking our dog on rides with us. The design will help discourage his unpleasant barking as we ride. Even though the ride up to Arlington Velo Store can be a tedious trek from Seattle, we’ve been very happy visiting the store and using their services. They have everything you need and all the things you wish you could have when it comes to bikes. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I could have spent hours there talking with them about all things bike. What an amazing bike shop!

Mark is a careful and active listener. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions as he walked us through buying our first recumbent trike and adding a motor. We've been very pleased with the trike and the service we got at Arlington Velo Sport.

The folks at Arlington Velo are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there to get a service on my ratty bike and under inspection the rims were found to be worn to the point of not being safe anymore. The bike itself was not worth putting any money into it, which was not a surprise to me. Like I said, its a pretty ratty bike I bought for cheap to see if I even wanted to start biking again. We were able to find a much improved bike at a price point that fits my budget and will last and be safe for years to come. I always feel like I learn something. I like supporting small business as I get the best service. They also have a pretty good selection of gear for a small shop. Thanks for getting me safely back on the trails!

The owner, I believe his name is Mark, was super knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Arlington Velo has great products in store and Mark was doing whatever he could to give a discount. Greatly appreciate his customer service.
