Christopher was kind, thorough and knowledgeable -our long neglected (read no bike rides for years!) are tuned up - cleaned up and ready to ride just as he promised. Servic dept is knowlegeable and providrs good asdistance. The showroom seems to not be stocked with as many new bicycles as they used to be. I also notice a much higher focus on electric bikes. I prefer strictly human powered bicycles.

There were problems with getting the correct bike I had ordered so it took nearly a month and a half to get the correct bike in and ready to go. Mark, the owner, was very unhappy with the delays and went way out of his way to set things rights, with honoring the free equipment that the later order meant but also including several other items free to get me totally ready to ride. I really appreciated his attitude and actively wanting to set things right. Thank you, Mark.

Excellent customer service. Although it would’ve been nice to have the bikes at 100% charge, as I indicated our plans the day before with the planes 50 mile round trip, and my wife couldn’t fall utilize the E bike because she had to conserve battery. I too was an Eco mode, and the battery went out about two blocks away from the store.

All the guys there are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took great care getting my titanium bike back in good riding order after it had been sitting for quite a few years. Going to take my son's bike in next week!
