Mark helped me choose the perfect bike rack, they built it for me the same day it came in and they installed it for me so easily! I love my new rack and have used it everyday since!! This shop has great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they never try to sell you anything you don’t need or want.

I appreciated the information that was taught to me while I was there. The mechanic told me what needed to be done and hooked me up with what I needed and even told me a great YouTube channel for instruction videos since I was going to be doing the work myself this time. All of the above allowed me to get myself back on the road the same evening. Thank you!

I've only made 2 purchases so far, but so far, so good. I will be taking my bike back next Wednesday to get a new chain installed and the derailleurs adjusted so it will shift properly. I'll know more then.

I love my new Terra trike initially I was told on the phone that I had to come in to order one and that would take a while but then when I looked on the website, there was one in stock and you guys knocked it out of the park getting it ready for me to pick up the next day, which was the soonest I could get there anyway. Oops forgot to send the charger home with me, but I know you guys stuck it in the mail and I should have it by Monday. S…, happens! None of us are perfect

My recumbent Terra Trike had a frame failure and working with the manufacturer I had the broken frame piece sent to Arlington Velo Sports. I was given a choice to bring the trike in and they would do the repair on the 22nd of July. Well much to my surprise they fixed it and I got a call saying it was ready and that was in 2 days. I am back to riding and I can’t say enough great things about this company’s great customer service. Well done!

The people at Arlington Velo Sport are friendly and very knowledgeable about all things bicycles, e-bikes, recumbent tricycles and e-trikes. It can be a bit difficult to get it touch with them on the phone, but such is the case with small businesses these days. This is the second recumbent trike i have purchased at this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service for the trike and customer care. Friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a Trek Circuit Wavecel helmet which fits and is comfortable. The staff member assisted me to discover the correct size for my head. After reading the instruction booklet it appears that I will need to return to purchase a new helmet in three years!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a senior citizen who wanted to bike but knew I needed something more than a standard bike. I purchased a trike with pedal assist and I'm riding every evening now. Many of my neighbors have "trike envy"! I'm so enjoying myself and the staff at the bike shop were very helpful and wonderful to work with!

Great service technicians, they aren't afraid refer the question to their coworker who knows how to answer your question if they can't. Solid advice without pomp and suggestions for DIY or recommendations otherwise.

The guys that work there are very helpful and nice. They diligently found all of my issues on my Electric Rad Bike and fixed them, after my grandson had wrecked it up. The quote was fair and they had it ready for me on the day it was promised. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!
