Service person calls and lets me know if a date and time are good for us. Notifies us when he arrives then lets us know when he has finished. This is quality service! Yet the best thing about Arrow Environmental is no bug has crossed the threshold of our home in 5 years!!! We also have Sentricon termite protection with Arrow, so no worries about termites.

Arrow services where my job is located in Tampa and we never have any issues. I asked who we use when I moved into my new place. The were able to get me scheduled the next day, the technician Mike was on time, and professional. Mike went over some things with me and he took the time to inform me what he was doing along the way. I have not seen anything and everyone was professional from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

The technician, Mike B, was very nice and thorough. We previously used Arrow's sister company in Ocala and thought highly of it there. But Mike B with Arrow pulled out extensive materials to service our new home in Tampa and we've seen the bugs just literally fall off since he left!
