I get really good service from Arrow. Been with them for 2 houses and about 12 years. Always here when they say they will. In the new home, we usually get the same gentleman, James Bailey, and that is nice to have the same person. He gets to know you and what you like. He always asks questions, which is good because some times we forget something particular we want him to look at.
